I’ve been here twice this month for my new job. The first time for a urine screen and today for a vaccination. The nurses were professional and accommodating when I told them I have fainted in the past when getting shots. The nurse didn’t follow me into the bathroom and stare at my goodies when I peed in the cup like other places do. The bathroom resembled a truck stop so only 4 stars. I was in and out in under 15 mins both visits.
