If you want your teeny, weeny brown spots to become huge darker brown spots, then by all means, visit Refined Image. The technician (Rachael) swore that she has over a decade of experience with dark skin, but I do not believe she’s ever had any experience with ANY skin. She burned me severly and the burns were not only extremely painful, but also unbelievably embarrassing. The burns oozed and went from pink sores to brown spots. I think she is incompetent and didn’t know how to simply follow the instructions on the machine or she trusted the machine more than her experience??? I’ve had numerous treatments before and have NEVER had an issue with ANY laser. Now I’m stuck with the expensive cost of topical treatments to correct what was extremely easy to camouflage with make-​up to huge dark marks that look like bruises that no amount if make-​up can hide. I allowed her three attempts to correct this, but came to realize she was either never properly trained or the new ultimate laser MAX laser is a joke. I honestly believe it was the former.
