I decided to write a review as I sit here in a cold greasy sweat regretting my decision to try something new on the first day of spring. Edgewood Station is new and close to work so I thought we could all try it out for lunch. Things started out well when we had to move a vacuum cord to sit at our table. There were only 2 people working there and they seemed nice and dressed in sweats. So yeah, it’s pretty casual if you were wondering. Their specials were a Reuben and some«roasted poato’s» and lobster bisque. The people next to us got the lobster bisque. 15 minutes later they found out that they were out of that soup. There weren’t a lot of options on the menu(a poor selection of beers too) and we asked about the 1lb of ground beef burger topped any way you like it called the«train wreck» and got an interesting story. Evidently the cook is the only one to actually finish it and she had such a hard time with it coming out the other end that she became vegan. So I got the Reuben. The Reuben was on par with this story and the meat was a tough chew drenched in Russian dressing. We were told it came with chips, but actually it came with fries. Maybe the waitress is English, but without the accent or eloquence? Even the water tasted bad despite the lemon. The party spotlight above our table kept shifting colors and position, often into my face. Hopefully they make good use of this during karaōke. On our way out we saw the soup pot cooling gently on the edge of the dumpster. Mmmmm! I doubt any of us that ate there today will be returning.

Newer place, very friendly staff/owner! Daily specials and activities. The thing I like is it has a neighborhood bar feel to it and they make out of towners right at home. Will definitely go back! Monday is wing night – want to try them out. Sat is over 30 night – what a great idea! Food does look good but is a little pricey for what you get. But all in all a very nice place.
