I have always been interested in attaining and maintaining health by supporting the body’s individual healing process. I chose to go to massage therapy School, and found an outlet for my passion. Utilizing techniques I learned in school and through continuing education, I am able to help more people achieve healthier muscular soft tissue.

I am easily able to apply deep pressure, but causing pain is not the goal, relief and BALANCE is; I utilize many tricks in my tool box, adding more with each client and continuing education class I take. My desire is for your body to achieve Balance. I listen to my clients’ needs. I do my best to help, whether it is to relax, gain relief from years of pain and discomfort, or a recent injury. My clients tell me that my style of therapy is very relaxing and repairing and they value the experience. I appreciate the feedback and am grateful that they allow me to help them restore health and harmony to their bodies and thus, their lives.
