This place is amazing! I feel like I live in a 5 star hotel. Starting with Yvonne, who settled us in beautifully, and the concierge staff! Kristina, Marina, Khan, I look forward to seeing them, and they do everything they can to help. The maintenance team is amazing. You can request service online, and voila! Tony and his team do anything you need in a day or so. We had a super fun outdoor movie night this week, and next week a pool party. The staff is constantly cleaning the common areas, even on holidays. They cleaned the trash chute! I can’t believe I lived for years in NYC when this was so close! Beth J.

I’m writing to share my STELLAR experience with your team member Yvonne Aponte while assisting my best friend, Carolyn Taplin in finding her new apartment home. As you know, this process can be very difficult and quite frankly, overwhelming. There are so many details and considerations when searching for the perfect community and living space. More than one set of eyes can always comes in handy.
To support my friend, I researched properties online and together we narrowed down a great schedule of leasing appointments that featured her desires and criteria in Edgewater. My daughter Ashle and I jumped on a train from Washington, DC, to join in on Carolyn’s quest in person. We searched up and down River Road. Absolutely no property felt right. On our way home we decided to stop at Windsor at Mariners. To our DELIGHTFUL surprise we found the nicest, most personable and sincere leasing consultant! Yvonne greeted us with a BEAUTIFUL SMILE and WE immidiately felt welcomed at Windsor. You can imagine how tired we were from the day meeting so many leasing agents and viewing property after property, YET, our first encounter with Yvonne’s warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality REVIVED OUR ENERGY and OPTIMISM.
Most impressive was her very first question. I might add, she was the ONLY leasing agent throughout the entire day to ask us this VERY important fundamental question. Yvonne asked, «what are YOU looking for in a property»!? I could NOT believe my ears! Although I wasn’t personally looking for the apartment, I had to stop Yvonne and quickly THANK HER for putting my friend Carolyn’s needs, desires and criteria at the top of her list! (Smart woman.) Yvonne’s authenticity was evident as we walked the property she was greeted with smiles, hugs and warmth from residents throughout the property. This set the tone for an AMAZING visit, a WONDERFUL tour and an EASY decision for my friend.
We left Windsor at Mariners INSPIRED– SMILING– LAUGHING– and VISUALIZING Carolyn’s new residence before she even applied! Today, I received the GREAT news that my friend has completed her application with approval. Yvonne asked about me and my daughter and invited us to your upcoming summer cocktail party. Her professionalism, kindness, hospitality and sincerity CANNOT BE TAUGHT OR SOLD. It comes straight from the heart! We look forward to many future visits and will not hesitate to refer our friends and family to Yvonne should they be in the market for a new apartment home in your area.
