Mariners Landing

We have been residents in a 2BR2BA for the past 5 years and nothing beats living here. The apartments are aesthetic with an open plan kitchen. The patio is quite huge and a haven of sorts in the summer months. I like the fact that this is not a high rise, so no waiting for elevators and no driving into dingy basement parkings etc. When are guests are visiting (mostly over the weekends) there is ample guest parking and that is quite a boon. There is a pool and gym on the property.
I like this place because of its proximity to the NYC bus stop which is right opposite out community and also wholefoods and Trader Joes. The Edgewater library is a .8miles walk or drive. The river walk is wonderful but currently in a state of disuse after Sandy. Since the community is not responsible for constructing it, we can only push the Edgewater town authorities and wait for results. I recently noticed our side of the river walk has been recently paved and finished. Hope they connect the Wholefoods side soon. The community is safe and well kept. Their is ample maintenance that goes on all the time.
The management is responsive. I have locked my self out couple of times, I have had a water heater leak and other sundry issues and all of them were attended with requisite level of emergency. Linda (The Manager) has been extremely personable and available for all such matters. I am a happy resident and hope to stay on until the rent gets too exorbitant to afford.

Excellent service!!!:
I live in building 6 and I had a problem with my Alarm smoke detectors. I called immediately to management office and Ms. Linda Vega help me right away with this problem, I’d have never seen such a great service in a rental community, I will be truly thankful for this great experience and I would recommend this place to live to everybody f you like 5 stars service.

My family has lived here since March 2014 and it’s been a pleasure! We relocated from Jersey City, NJ and we have a beautiful senior loft apartment in a wonderful building with great neighbors. Linda and the office staff have been very accommodating since our move-​in date. Linda’s very pleasant and always responds to my questions in a timely manner. My husband and I have also had a wonderful experience with maintenance — they’re so friendly and respond to my requests promptly. This is also a very friendly kid and pet community. My 2 year old daughter has made many new friends and the pool is a wonderful amenity in the summer!

First off let me start by saying that I love living here. The management is horrible. They are inconsiderate of your time and extremely rude. If they had the right management this place would be amazing.
