Owners Jim Hendry and Jim Loftus both have strong backgrounds in fix n flips all over the Metro Denver area and residential real estate. After 8 years of working together as Realtor and investor they decided to join forces and start Open Door Real Estate with an edge only investors and real estate agents can bring to the residential market.

Jim Hendry grew up in Andover, MA. Yes, he likes the Red Sox and consequently so does his 6-​year old daughter. Jim’s first time to Colorado was a ski trip to Vail in 1992. After the trip, Jim flew home and drove straight back to Colorado, where he still lives. He is married to Colorado native, Shannon Hendry and they have a daughter and a dog together.

Jim is a former professional mogul skier and he continues to give back to the sport by judging freestyle competitions for USSA. He is now the Head Judge for the Rocky Mountain Freestyle Division where he judges the kids that can potentially represent us in the Olympics. Want to have a good day skiing? Jim has been a Realtor for the past 8 years. He counsels wisely, negotiates fiercely and problem solves like a champ. His work ethic puts regular people to shame. Jim’s motto comes from David Mellor, the Director of Grounds at Fenway Park: «Whatever it takes, that’s what I do.»
