Our mission is to work with others to create their most amazing life through setting goals and developing deep self-​love. Trained as a Life Coach and Therapist, Shannon has 15 years of experience in this field and is currently writing a book on self-​love. She has produced two guided meditation CDs: The Healing Journey Within: Meditations for Abundance and Love — Deserving and Manifesting. History

Established in 2003.

In her own life, growing up a child of divorce and conflict (please see www​.healthy​chil​drenofid​vorce​.com), Shannon realized after her own failed relationships that she was the common denominator. It was 13 years ago after a failed engagement that she realized through her own deep work, that she had to fully love herself. She has made this journey and guides others in this same journey through her Meditation CDs and her life coaching. She also works with families of divorce and conflict to assist parents in being the best parents for their children after divorce. And to realize that if as parents they heal themselves and find self-​love they will be the best partner and parent possible.

In working with clients, Shannon develops a deep level of trust and integrity. Her focus is the optimal health and well-​being of each of her clients. She deeply believes in the unique potential of every individual in the world. Her gift is a deep connection with her clients that allows her clients to reach their full potential in the world.

Shannon’s passion is partnering with individuals, organizations and families to assist them in living into their highest potential. After training with the Coaches Training Institute in 2002, she started her own coaching organization in 2003 and has since been a leadership and management coach.

Shannon holds a Masters in Psychology and a Licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy.
