Although the gentleman that responded arrived over half an hour late(1.5+ hrs in total waiting), he was rude and very impatient. First off, you don’t bring a giant long bed tow truck to a parking garage and then get upset with the customer that you have to park outside because you can’t get it, especially if it was identified when help was requested. Maybe he was having a bad day, but don’t put that on the customer, if they had to call for help they’re probably having a bad day too. I’m sure the guy wouldn’t like to be yelled at or deal with an irate customer for being so late. It normally wouldn’t bother me so much but my wife and baby were actually the ones waiting for help originally for over 2 hours when a different vendor(RESCUERANGERSINC.) kept stalling every 15 minutes and then cancelled the support without notifying her will she sat in a smokey parking garage with a tired, hungry baby and a bunch of frozen groceries that were thawing. Eventually, I left work to swap vehicles with her so she could take the baby home and then called CNR Towing. If that had been my wife getting the attitude from the service responder, I would have wanted to punch him in the face. Anyway, that set aside, once the service call was complete and he started to take down my information, he saw that I was in the military and his attitude quickly changed and he became friendly. That’s great that he came around, but it shouldn’t have to be that way; not everyone is in the military. Given this benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad day and the fact that he became nicer once he saw that I was in the military, I only made this review 2 stars instead of 1 star.
