Ace Home & Leisure

So this is a difficult review to write, in that the customer service provide at the time of sale by «Hot Tub Becky» was excellent, and the delivery and installation of the purchased Hot Tub was timely and accomplished in a professional manner by the delivery crew— so, why the 2-​stars?
My wife and I purchased a high-​end Bullfrog spa. It was delivered and installed on December 10, 2015. At no time since the installation of the spa has anyone, not even «Hot Tub Becky,» called to follow-​up to see if the spa was operating well, was what we expected, how did we like the spa, or was there anything that they could do to make sure everything was good– nothing, not even a half-​hearted «thank you for purchasing your spa from Ace Home & Leisure. A little customer hand-​holding goes a very long way in assuring after-​sale purchases and referrals.
This may seem, on the face of it, as a minor objection– but it is not. I purchased a new Goldwing motorcycle a number of years ago from a local dealer– and that dealer sales person and their sales manager called a number of time over the following weeks and months to ensure that the bike was operating well and was there anything else that they could do to assist me with the after purchase– and honestly, I did return to them for accessories and follow-​on service, and still do, as they have a great customercentric service model — something that IMO Ace Home & Leisure does not.
My wife and I didn’t but a couple gallons of paint— we made a «major» purchase, but based on their after-​the-​sale support and follow-​up, it might as well have been a couple gallons of paint.

Very helpful staff that assisted us. Definitely will be back to look around (we made it just before closing).

Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Amazing garden shop in rear. Total hidden gem for gardeners.

This location has Benjamin Moore Paint, which, if you are in the market, you know can be hard to find.
I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, especially about speciality paints (I was inquiring about metallic paints). They also let me know about the Ace Rewards Program, which I appreciated since I had several home projects ahead of me.
Outside of that, there are whirlpools and a variety of other leisure activity items, so if that’s your bag, this is your shop!
