Eric’s Handyman Service specializes in clean outs of foreclosed homes, general home improvement and repair, which means anything from cleaning out your gutters to remodeling your kitchen or bathroom. Other services provided are lock changes, I am a certified locksmith so I am also able to make you a new key if you happen to lock yourself out of your home (I think we have all done that once or twice!). I also provide landscaping services and lawn care services, including mowing, trimming hedges, cutting up trees that have fallen, and cutting down trees that you want removed. In the winter I provide snow removal services as well. I also provide services to mobile homes such as winterizing, and any other home repair or remodel that I do for non mobile homes, and in addition to that I provide emergency services for things like frozen or broken pipes. I have been providing handyman services as a side job for over 20 years, so even though my business is new, I am not new to the business!

History

Established in 2014.

I started Eric’s Handyman Service in February of 2015 as a side job while I was working full time at a landscaping company. I have been providing handyman services for over 20 years as a side job, I just never started a business or thought to make it a full time job because I didn’t know much about marketing and didn’t know how to get my name out there. After some encouragement from friends and family, I decided to stop working for someone else doing something I didn’t enjoy and I started making my side job my full time job. Now, I love what I do, and even though my business is new, I have over 20 years of experience as a handyman, so you know you are getting quality work done from an experienced professional. I am also a Certified Locksmith and a Certified Home Inspector, so I have additional credentials to add to my experience. I love my job and I put great care into my work, so you will be getting the very best service from a local professional!

Manager

Nikole Havens is the brains behind the brawn. She takes the calls and checks the messages, and makes sure the customer or potential customer is called back as soon as possible, and we guarantee all customers are contacted the same day they call, or the next day if called after business hours. In emergency cases, customers are called back within an hour at the most, but usually we will contact you within 15 minutes for emergency calls. Nikole has 17 years of experience in customer service and public relations, and 7 years of experience in business management, so she will make sure your needs are not only met, but exceed your expectations! She also handles all of the marketing, advertising, and accounting for Eric’s Handyman Service.
