Convoy’s Bar & Grill

Walking in, there was a whole lot of nothing going on in this bar. Which was exactly what I was looking for. My brother recommended the place because they cheap drinks. That sounded good to me, who doesn’t that sound good to?
Yeah, it’s small bar but that just means fewer people to hit on ya and grab atchya. Plus it was a week night. I just wanted to chill. The bartender was like the mentalist, reading my mind, knowing exactly what drinks I wanted. She paid attention but didn’t bug us and that’s just what people want to relax on a week night.
As for the scene in the joint, there’s a few TVs with a chill sports ambience. As I was sayin before, the drinks are cheap with specials often. 4.75 for most mixed drinks.
Someone desperate ordered pizza, I saw the cardboard flimsy over priced pizza delivered to him across the bar. His face didn’t ever change expression, so he must have known what he was getting before he ordered.
