We are a community bakery and organic coffee shop with a super cozy atmosphere. We have yummy breakfast and lunch items for you to enjoy inside or outside. Fabulous quiche, cinnamon rolls, pies, biscotti, scones, muffins, specialty cakes, cookies, croissants, cake bites, crepes, waffles and of course special orders too. Locals love us for our location, right next to the Powder Mountain parking lot in Eden. Come by and see us on your way up the hill. While you are here take a pic with Madge and Ella Rae, our gorgeous mascots here at the bakery. You will likely find them outside lounging on one of our comfy benches or flirting with our cute customers. Park your Harley, Honda or Horse in the ample parking and swing on in for some scrumptious and delightful goodies. Tag yourself while you are here and we will hand you a fresh baked cookie for helping us get the word out about our amazing shop. History

Established in 2015.

After running a Bed & Breakfast in Santa Cruz, Ca. (North rim of Monterey Bay) as well as cooking for a large family for years, the Held’s felt Eden, Ut needed a quaint little bakery.

They chose a site in the heart of Eden to customize the building with their unique style of re-​use for a small but comfortable setting to serve a full coffee bar, fresh baked goods and take and bake meals. Now open 7 days a week Mon-​Sat 7 am-​4pm and Sunday 8 – 3 with special brunch menu from 9 – 2.

Business Owner

Sandra has always had a passion for baking, candy making, canning and cooking in general. She enjoys cooking new and wonderful creations for her guests. Pies, cinnamon rolls and biscotti are her specialties.

When she is not baking, she is renovating historic buildings with her husband Roland.
