As President and Founder of Pauling Homes Team, and co-​founder of 400 Doors, a powerful networking tool for agents nationwide, Billy is a natural entrepreneur with an expert knowledge of today’s technology reliant market. Billy’s market savvy translates to a better experience for his clients, whether it be buying or selling. Absolute customer satisfaction is his number one priority in every transaction. As a top producing agent, Billy has earned himself a place in the Edina Realty President’s Circle for five straight years as of 2014. Not only that, but Billy is a multi-​year recipient of Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine’s Super Real Estate Agent designation. Billy has also received an Angie’s List Super Service award for 2013. A North Dakota native, Billy moved to Minnesota in 1998. Currently, Billy lives in Eden Prairie with his wife, Susan, and their two children, Presley and Pearse. Being both a father and a husband, Billy enjoys working with families.
