Specialties
Lewis Law, PLC is an employment law firm focused solely on representing employees who have been harmed by the illegal practices of their employers. Our firm represents employees in cases involving all employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, overtime and wage disputes, unemployment benefits denials, and violations of the Family Medical Leave Act.
In litigation, we recognize that every matter is unique. We focus on developing a winning strategy custom-tailored to each specific case. One of our firm’s most powerful tools in obtaining a successful result is our willingness and ability to litigate a case all the way through trial and appeal if necessary. We believe one of the best ways to achieve satisfactory settlement is to communicate to the opposition, either directly or indirectly, that the case is headed to trial. When our adversaries know we are prepared to go to trial, the tone of settlement discussions inevitably changes.
If you believe that you have a possible claim against your employer or former employer, please contact our office immediately for a free consultation with an employment lawyer. One of our employment attorneys will meet with you for a free, confidential consultation to determine if your case has merit. No attorney’s fees are paid unless we make a recovery on your behalf.
