History

Established in 1992.

For many years, Mark and Debbie Laaser have worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds

of couples seeking a transformation in their lives. They know through 28 years of sobriety, that healing and recovery from sexual addiction is possible. Mark and Debbie believe that on-​going sobriety from sexual addiction is attainable from the first day an addict or struggler decides to find help. They also believe that couples can find a level of spiritual and emotional intimacy that they have never known before.

Faithful & True is a leading Christian counseling center specializing in the treatment of sexual addiction. Professionals who work here have also been trained at the highest levels of clinical expertise. We believe that the combination of depending on God, together with the best therapeutic tools available is a powerful healing force.

Business Owner

Mark R. Laaser, M.Div., Ph.D. is the Director of Faithful and True. Dr. Laaser is nationally regarded as the leading authority in the Christian counseling community in the field of sexual addiction. Mark has published 10 books on the subject, including his groundbreaking book, Healing The Wounds of Sexual Addiction, and his 3-​book Men of Valor series. Dr. Laaser lectures around the world and teaches at religious organizations, colleges, universities and treatment centers. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Iowa and a divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary. Dr. Laaser is also the host of The Men of Valor Program, Faithful & True’s online radio show.
