Evine Live

I have been shopping with evine live since the shopping channel was called value vision with little or no problems. However, since the company has become evine live, the problems are numerous. I Recently ordered a watch that was supposed to be shipped UPS and arrive by 1−9−16. The package did reach UPS on the 9^th and should have been delivered on 1−11−16, but the package was transferred to USPS adding another day to the delivery time. I called evine live and complained to customer service about the unnecessary transfer that added an extra day to the delivery time she was very understanding but there was very little she could do, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke with simply did not give a darn about my problem or the unnecessary transfer from UPS to USPS, or the fact that this delay caused a great deal of inconvenience for me. Because this is the third time this has occurred, and because evine live did absolutely nothing to correct the problem, I will no longer shop with evine live. The watch I purchased will be returned when and if I receive it. One other problem I have with evine live, is the way they showcase and promote Israeli businesses while Israel commits atrocity after atrocity, in direct violation of international law, against the Palestinians. Any group of people who condone the murder of children by military snipers for throwing rocks have no place among decent society. Please join me in boycotting evine live and any other companies or businesses that promote Israeli goods or services.
