My mom was wandering endlessly, it seemed, around Eden Prairie Center. Because most of the stores there cater to the 40 and up female crowd, I had little to do. I’d already visited Journeys and Game Central. Barnes & Noble had already taken my money. I figured, «What the heck, how bout some hand lotion?»
Now I’ll be honest — Bath & Body used to be my go to for bath soap and such back in my college days. Once I became more financially stable, I gravitated toward department stores and Sephora. I did remember B&B having some great scents, though, so I figured I’d check it out.
This location has a really nice, compact layout. It’s not small, it’s just not huge and sprawling. It doesn’t have a candle store attached — in short, it’s really easy to get in and get out.
What I really liked about this, though, and what compelled me to write a review were the really nice employees! I mean really nice. I was greeted, told about a sale (sidenote: doesn’t this place ALWAYS seem to have a sale going?) and then left alone. A few minutes later, another employee checked on me to see if I needed anything; I didn’t, but she was nice and non-​obtrusive.
I ended up buying some hand lotion, which is honestly more than I intended to buy, but the employees were really sweet and I’m a sucker for niceness.
