Customer service? Non-​existent.
We walk in late morning on a weekday. We’re the only customers in the store. We’d like to get in and out quickly. We spy a clerk several feet away. I cheerfully speak up (quite loud enough for the employee to hear) to ask, «where’s your magnesium?», and I got ignored.
Meanwhile, my partner finds what they’re looking for.
We go to check out.
That clerk does not greet us. Instead, he (Nate) asks, «would you like to make a donation to _​_​_​_​?»
My partner says, «no.»
Then the clerk tells us the total.
That’s it.
No thanks. Nothing.
Sucky.
