V&A Central Air

V&A Central Air installed my new furnace almost 5 years ago. When the blower motor blew out on one of the coldest days this year, Victor (the owner) rushed over in 30 minutes. He ordered the required part and was able to get it under warranty for me so I did not have to pay. A day later, Victor has the new motor installed and had my heat working.
Not only is Victor timely and dependable, but he is honest and he really cares about his customers. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend V&A Central Air to anyone who needs heating/​air condition services.

V&A Central Air has serviced our heating, air conditioning (HVAC) systems for several years.
In a word they are responsive. Reliable and reasonable also come to mind.
V&A is full service and have turned up promptly on the hottest summer days and even late one winter night when the heat went out.
Two years ago, V&A researched and installed a new HVAC system for us and helped us file for the full range of state and utility rebates. The high-​efficiency system V&A installed has cut our natural gas bills noticeably, while it heats and cools the house more quietly and reliably than our previous system. It’s been a great improvement.
The firm has expanded into commercial and industrial mechanical work, but they are as responsive and helpful as ever.

«Excellent company and Victor was very helpful and prompt. My heating system broke and he came within 30 mins and fixed it in 10 mins. The heat sensor was not clean and he cleaned it and got it going in minutes.
That was after I called some company called AJ Perri who was a complete Rip Off. They charged me $ 90 for telling me that my unit was old and that had to be replaced. Victor thanks a lot for providing excellent service today. Super !»
