moved to tinton falls after living around the hamilton area and was looking for a nail salon to replace my usual nail place from home — called at 3:30, got an appointment at 4:15(which I was happy about because I called 2 other salons prior who said they were full for the day) definitely is appealing inside and the people are generally friendly(ESP the front desk woman) — was pleased with how long it took for a gel manicure(I hate sitting too long), job well done by Carlos — I will be returning; only complaint: prices are a little high

Do not waste your time coming here. I went for a pedicure only to be disappointed. As I walked to the chair, the manicurist said something in her language to the other I’ve and they both laughed. I asked them if there was a problem and they days no. Then I did not get the future massage. My 6 year old son can do a much better job. Very unprofessional and over priced when there are better places to go.

Like other posters, my complaint fell on deaf ears after being burned by hot water that made me jump out of the chair. The front desk person is nice, but the staff is downright miserable, unfriendly and doesn’t understand understand English well enough. I never even got an apology after being burned. She was so rough I flinched a few times when she was pushing back my cuticles. As you can see on my one day old photo, the nail shape is nice but I still need my cuticles cut. When mentioning the dead skin still left on my feet she told me to go home and put lotion on them. I won’t be returning.

DONOTGOHERE!!! They are absolutely terrible. I had my nails done on Wednesday March 9th&6 days later my right pointer finger was coming off at the nail bed. Saturday March 19th my middle finger was coming off at the nail bed as well, LESSTHANTWOWEEKS!!! I returned & they redid the nails at no cost but now my right middle finger is completely askew & doesn’t look normal at all & the woman Kiki that did my nails busted open my ring finger & my middle finger on my left hand, NOT1FINGERBUT2. I just returned because I had forward pictures of my fingers to one of their employees last night because they were so swollen & throbbing & I was told I would receive a call from a manager today & never did & once I was there they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I was visiting from LA and needed a quick gel mani. This place is very upscale and clean! The folks here are nice, friendly and know their products. Trey recommended my color and I loved it. Would definitely come back next time I’m in town — great service!

Was looking for a nail salon open on a Sunday and google found this one for me. I called for an appointment and an hour later I entered a really nice, big clean looking salon picked my color and sat in bar stool style chair at a round bar. I got a basic manicure. I was happy that I was asked if I wanted my cuticles cut(other places I have to tell them no when they start to do it.) My manicurist took clean tools out for out of a sealed packet. The whole manicure was fast and after each step your nails dry in uv light built into the bar. It was a fast manicure and you never leave your seat, you keep your nails in the uv light until you manicurist tells you when your done. It’s great, I don’t have to make the decision for myself. I always want to leave before my nails are dry(those little cheap fans at other salons just don’t cut it.) I got a massage too. The basic manicure is $ 15. That is $ 5 more than other local salons but I’ll pay an extra $ 5 for Beyond Salon and Nails manicure because it is clean, modern, has a large staff and open on Sundays.

I have tried this place a few times and so has my daughter I was hoping it would get better as it is new and beautiful and very clean however I will not be going any longer. The staff continues to change constantly and today the pedicure water was scolding and pedicure was rough and painful and all crooked and then my nails didn’t come out much better either. And I was over charged and lady at front counter has NO customer service skills at all!

Save your time and money! I went for a nice relaxing pedicure at the end of a long day, only to receive everything but. It began with the water temperature was close to scalding, the attendant was rough, filed my skin as opposed to my nail and in the middle of a nice chair massage, she turns it off abruptly saying it was interfering with her working. The environment is upscale but the lack of skill by the pedicurist was quite apparent. So much so, that it was noticed by the person sitting alongside me as well. Lastly, as I paid my bill I politely conveyed to the manager my dissatisfaction and unfortunately it fell on deaf ears. So their customer service is defunct as well, First and last time for me. Buyer beware.

Went for a pedicure with a friend. No appointment and they fit us right in. No wait. Very clean and spacious and great massage chairs. 20% off first visit on one service. Very nice pedi with hot stone massage. Very nice. I would go back. Very convenient right by Monmouth Mall too.

The atmosphere of the salon was wonderful, but the service could have been better. All of the employees were cheerful and delightful towards the customers, but it did seem as though there was a language barrier between the customers and the nail technicians. While receiving my pedicure, the technician was very pushy towards getting me to purchase a spa pedicure which I had told her three times I did not want. Also while receiving my gel manicure, she cut way too close to my cuticle to the point that I began bleeding. Instead of acknowledging the cuts, she proceeded with the manicure and placed nail polish remover on to the cuts. When the service was over, I was content with the way that my nails came out especially due to the 20% off that I had received for being a first time customer. Yet only after about 4 days, my gel manicure began to chip and peel. All in all, I was very unsatisfied with my experience with this salon and I do not believe I will ever return at my own expense.

Such a beautiful salon and not to mention huge! Little disappointed with my past experience with the owner when he did my acrylic fill. He didn’t clean up my nails very good and did sloppy work and another girl had to fix. Those nails only lasted a week so I was very upset. When I went to my other nail place Manilash in Eatontown they told me he filed way too close to my nail bed and could’ve damaged my real nails. It’s a shame for such a pretty place
