I went to go pick up my vehicle from this company and when I walked in they had no idea of how to treat a customer. All because I had my vehicle impounded doesn’t mean I’m a bum. They treated me with the most utter disrespect that I have ever endured. They do not care for customers and they do not know how to treat someone. If you like being mistreated and being talked down to. This this is the company for you. I on the other hand deserve respect. No one was arguing about the bill I paid everything and did not question anything. The atmosphere is really uncomfortable and the employees there need a lesson on better customer service and common courtesy. Good luck to anyone who is pressured to conduct bussiness with these people.

Yesterday me and my boyfriend went just to get my brand new granddaughters stuff out of her dads car because he went to jail. Due to the car not being in his name or anyones in his families name still in the one who owned the car before them they me i need them to get it out PLUS $ 35.00 … THE OWER IS NOT IN MICHIGAN IN ANOTHER STATE. so i asked again for stuff babies things the lady was so rude said it wasnt her problem and said no u cant have the babies stuff. So now dont know what to do. Im on ssi and support 4 people my 2 children and now a baby. I cant replace the stuff in the car. They should of just got the things out of car and gave it to me but instead are heartless n care more about money then people. Very bad company… So sad that my grandchild now has to go without due to them n her idiot father for getting in trouble. Whats wrong with people now of days.
