Hertz Rent A Car

How easy this was made my day! Normally when booking a car it takes all day, cost a ton of money, and the service can be rude. In which we left Avis because the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude, had an attitude at any question we asked. We had a trip to Kansas to take for 4 days, enterprise wanted over $ 280 for a full size vehicle plus a $ 200+ deposit. Avis wanted $ 260+. The next day (thursday) I went online and found Hertz pay now feature. I decided to pay and book my vehicle for over a $ 100 less than Enterprise.
I was told my car would be ready Friday at 8:30AM, I got there a few minutes early and the lady who assisted us was so friendly. We literally sat for 5minutes while paperwork printed and then went outside to inspect the vehicle. The vehicle was ready but as it was started she noticed the Tire pressure light came on the dash and she didn’t want to just fill it (as I’ve had other companies do) but she put us in another vehicle even nicer than what we had! We were there less than 15 minutes and went on our way to Kansas. The car was clean, tank was filled, and helps the car averaged 33mpg on our trip! Brought the car back, turned in the key and left within a few minutes no issues! One of the most «HASSLE FREE» car rentals I’ve ever experienced and I’ve rented a ton of vehicles from Budget, Avis, Enterprise and this was my first Hertz experience! Will definitely go back any time I need a rental!
If you need a rental definitely go here but be sure to go online and book as you save money! My entire rental for 4 days, in a 4 door 2012 Kia Optima, Unlimited Miles, was $ 82 with a $ 100-​$ 150 deposit. (Can’t remember exactly)
Nowhere have I ever seen a deal like this!

I’ve been coming here for years because I travel by car several times a month. This place is convenient because it’s near my house. It’s a typical Hertz Local Edition. They only have a handful of cars at any given time, usually only 1 or 2 employees working, and service can be hit or miss.
I am a Gold Club 5 Star member, and while I don’t expect huge perks, I do expect my car to be ready on time and clean. Really, the only perks I get from this place, which are few and far between, are getting a car upgrade. Most times, cars don’t come with a full tank of gas even though they mark it as a full tank on my receipt. I rarely get a car that is cleaned. In fact, there’s been a few times that I’ve received a car with people’s personal items still inside, so I know the employees didn’t even open the car door to inspect.
Still, I keep coming back here. There isn’t another Hertz close by my house.
