Mr. Mike, Disappointed was what I felt do to the fact that your business had such a good rating, (which is why I chose it). However, having worked in customer service for many many years I recognize attitude when I see & hear it and that was your initial offering and now you blame me for bringing down your rating? It’s interesting how another repair shop gave me the same answer that you did but because of the way he explained it to me and spoke to me he now has a new customer. You get more with sugar not !@#$.

Had a tire puncture that needed repair. $ 5 and 10 minutes later, it was fixed and ready to go! Will definitely come back here!

I own a classic 1976 Triumph Spitfire. I brought in my own replacement clutch master and slave cylinder. They replaced while I waited. Great service, reasonable prices.

Had a very positive experience with All Pointes Auto. I just moved here and needed a mechanic… when I Googled mechanics near me, they came up and were the only ones close to me (within walking distance) that had all 5-​star reviews on Unilocal,so I dropped in to make an appointment and get a ballpark estimate on what it would cost to fix my faulty turn signal. Even though they were swamped, they got the necessary part (my car is older, so they had to get the part from elsewhere, but it arrived quickly) and installed it in no time, for a very reasonable price.
They take the time to explain and show you what’s going on with your vehicle, and they don’t talk down to you. I will definitely be going back to them for maintenance on my car while I’m living in the Detroit area.

The owner and staff go above and beyond to not only take expert care of your vehicle, but gain your trust. I was treated with respect and honesty. The service is efficient and expedient. You would be hard pressed to find many in this industry who come close to the standard set by All Pointes Auto.

…there’s absolutely nothing negative that I can say about All Pointes Auto. From the first time I took one of my vehicles there, Mike, Eric, and the rest of the guys made me feel at home. They even made it a point to know my name when I walked through the door a second time and every time after that. Very personable. I bring all my vehicles to All Pointes Auto, from high performance to your average winter beater, and have recommended the shop to many. They do great work, at a great price, in a very timely fashion. I’m always pleased at my outcome, and my wallet can say the same. If you live in the area, or even if you don’t, I recommend you give them your business. Seriously. They have a customer in me for life.

Mikey and the All Pointes guys have maintained my van for the past couple years. They are friendly and informative as well as honest. I have come to trust Mikey’s opinion — he has recommended only what is an absolute need for my van, and is not looking at his customers as only a dollar sign. I always leave feeling well taken care of. I’m completely satisfied with prices and workmanship. If you need an honest garage to take your vehicle to — All Pointes is it! They do an AWESOME job.

I came here to get my tail light fixed but I knew something else was going on with my car. Something with my wheel barrings… Anywho, I had to come back and I’m glad I did! I love it here, by my second day here they knew me by name and treated me like I had been here a million times. Highly recommend this garage because they did NOT work on our 2001 Caravan with nearly 250,000 miles on it.
After determining the immediate problem and checking the overall condition of the vehicle the guys found several things that could have added up to a $ 1,000 tab.
Nate said that in good conscience he couldn’t recommend sinking any money into the minivan. Too many issues, and those were the things that needed addressing today. Given the age and miles, who knows what might go next.

Mike and Nate run a nice small garage. They are honest, knowledgeable, and ASE certified. Their shop rates are reasonable. What more could you ask for?

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to All Pointes Auto, because the heater was not working, and a friend had referred me. Based on work that had been performed on my Jeep, previously, I was nearly certain that the repair would call for a $ 70 part and an hour of labor. How wrong I was… the master mechanics at All Pointes were quick to report that the root cause was merely a wiring short. They fixed the problem in about 5 minutes, and charged me less than $ 20, total!
I found the mechanics at All Pointes Auto Service to be knowledgable, honest, transparent and fair. My experience was nothing short of comforting, especially given the unpredictable encounters I have had with other auto service shops. I felt good about getting my vehicle serviced at All Pointes. While speaking with other customers, I took note that their experiences were similar to mine. I am impressed with All Pointes Auto Service, and openly recommend their car repair services.
