History

Established in 1987.

TPC Network was established as a small, sole-​proprietorship providing Elder Care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia-​afflicted patient support at home, and general illness-​related in-​home health-​support services. As demand and our following and reputation for exceptional skill and dedication to our patients grew, we formalized and developed contemporary and timely adjunct In-​Home Health Support Services throughout New England, and the Greater Metropolitan New York City Area.

The Principals are comprised of healthcare professionals such as HHA’s, CNA’s, LPN’s, RN’s, NP’s, PA’s, PhD’s and Computer Scientists with a focus on individual health management processes, culture, and technologies. Virtually every associate at TPC Network has acted as a personal Caregiver within their own families, as well as in the industry at hospitals, nursing care facilities, and hospice facilities.
