Ryan Hanson at Liberty Mutual reviewed my insurance policies and saved me hundreds of dollars while improving my coverage. Whenever I have needed to add/​remove a car to my policy or make a change, they are quick to respond. I have referred friends to Ryan and they have had similar positive experiences, saving money and receiving superb customer service.

RUN! Ryan Hanson was always accessible when wooing my husband to using Liberty Mutual. When there are problems he is no where to be found. I hit a tire in a road, we called liberty mutual and told we would not be at fault for this, submit the claim, fill out a police report and pay our deductible, no surcharge, Liberty will pay the rest, our insurance will not go up.
3 weeks later we receive a surcharge notice in the mail saying I was more than 50% at fault. They have a recording of the liberty Mutual employee saying we were not at fault (to both myself and my husband). If we were told from the start that A) We would be at fault B) There would be a CHANCE we would be at fault we would have never submitted this to the insurance. I am now in the middle of a battle with them and the people who we purchased our policy through say «sorry we can’t help». What is the point of going through a local company? Geico is looking like the only option.

I had an extremely positive experience with Liberty Mutual. I needed to switch over auto insurance from one account holder to another, with several large complications along the way. Even though it was bringing them no additional business I received incredibly helpful and prompt customer service. I was extremely impressed and its nice to see that some businesses still maintain excellent customer service
