Lauter’s Fine Furniture

The furniture was delivered today. Randy (our sales consultant at Lauter’s) was very knowledgeable, answered numerous questions, gave us a very good price beating by about 50% the local Safavieh furniture store in Livingston, NJ. The communication with him was flawless, can’t be even compared with the sales person at Safavieh who was absolutely clueless. Lauter’s delivered our furniture on time. Two men that came with delivery were well prepared, most of the bedroom set was pre-​assembled in the warehouse and wrapped in the blanket.
Can’t thank them enough.

Just wanted to give this company 6 stars******. I purchased power leather sofa and loveseat made by flexsteel .The price was excellent! Everything went well and I noticed a stich that looked like it needed repair. I called Jerry and he sent a repair man out and we are like 1.5 hours away. The repair man looked at the sofa and told us the stich was the least of my problems and that the frame was broken. We thought it sat funny in retrospect but it wasn’t blatant. Jerry told me no problem and I received a brand new replacement sofa. So then I noticed the finish on loveseat piping was wearing off prematurely. I felt bad calling them but I did and they came out and you can not even tell wear the issue was. This is a top notch company which are extremely hard to find these days with good people. Yhey are easy to get in touch with and they call you back. You can buy from them with confidence. Thank you Jerry
