This place is awesome! The staff is kind, the food is delicious, and they have a lot of choices. I couldn’t recommend this place enough especially for vegetarian/vegans.

This is my go to lunch spot for organic and healthy food. I have not tried their smoothies, but the vegan egg salad, detox kale salad, vegan burrito, avocado toast, and fresh strawberry basil lemonade are all incredible. Everything is freshly made to order.
I’m not vegan nor am I vegetarian, but I love that there’s a local café where I can get organic and nutritionally balanced meals.
Only downsides are cost (salad and lemonade can set you back almost $ 20) and time. Because everything is made to order, food and juices take a long time to prepare. Best to call ahead if in a hurry.
I heard they plan to open a location in Allentown as well.

Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly! If you ask, they will take the time to explain the fruits and veggies as far as the good things they do to your body (if you don’t already know some… that is!) i recommend you stop in and give it a try if you’re here!

I absolutely love the idea of this place — a place to get fresh, healthy food and drink in the Lehigh valley. The first time I went there, I got a smoothie bowl and was let down about the soupy-ness of it – I am used to bowls being creamier and a little thicker in consistency! I decided to go back a second time and got another bowl and had the same problem. Then I tried a third time and decided to try a juice, and they said there were juicing all morning and I wouldn’t be able to get one till the afternoon. I’m sad to write this review, but three strikes means I won’t be returning.

We stopped through Easton to check out the farmer’s market and ended up pretty hungry and hoping to find some nice vegetarian options. We were on our way to some other place that had vegetarian options, but stumbled upon Greenmouth and felt like we entered an oasis of lovingly prepared, clean vegan and vegetarian food! I had the avocado toast and my husband had the vegan egg salad. They were both DELICIOUS, fresh and filling. The smoothie we ordered was awesome! Such a lovely place with friendly staff and a great vibe. So happy to see a place like this in Easton!

Wife’s crazy cravings sent us on a quest to find fresh squeezed juice. Was a bit skeptical bc this place only had 1 previous review but it was right on. The staff is very knowledgeable about the combinations of fruits and vegetables. I was very pleased that they took the time to explain and to understand the taste she was going for, although their were other customers she wasnt rushed or pushed aside bc of her indecisiveness.
AMBIANCE: The place is quite small but its very cozy, reminds me of any café you would see in NY. They also offer more then juice, they have smoothies, coffee, tea, salads and soups as well.
CON: juice wasnt as cold as my wife would have preferred and if youre in a hurry, call ahead bc juicing the ingredients could take a minute.
OVERALL: im sure this will become the new spot for us.
