All the stars this restaurant has are well deserved. Small quaint, modern restaurant with a really nice feel. My server Adam was attentive and nice. I had the Miso soup which was one of the better Miso’s Ive had, it was thick and hearty and not watered down like some other Miso soups I have had. I also had the Philadelphia roll and it consisted of smoked salmon and cream cheese and the the spicy shrimp roll. Delicious sushi! I am a fan and will definitely be back.

We love coming here! Never disappointed with anything we get here. Today we had sweet potato roll and beef & shrimp teriyaki — yummy!

I have been coming to this restaurant for 2 months now every Saturday night. The server was very informative about my meal selections because of my celiac disease. I felt very comfortable knowing that I will not be contaminated and sick for a few days. I look forward to relaxing with my bottle of wine and great food and service.

Place has bomb sushi. Enough said. Also the spicy pork dumpling soup is a can’t miss. Nothing else in Easton comes close.

Before I get into details I really believe this could have been a 4 star experience, but I have dedicated a star for several aspects. the waiter who took our order was really friendly and helpful. He new the dishes and the various forms of sushi and sashimi. The first chink in the armor came with the nigiri. The balance of fish to rice is way off. They put a thin, log, skinny piece of fish on a little blob of sushi rice. To be fair the fish seems reasonably fresh, and the rice was cooked and seasoned properly. The next chink comes from a very bare bones selection of fish. We ordered $ 75 or sushi, and all we got was the most basic of fish species. Tuna, salmon, yellow tail, some white fish, and a white tuna. There was some imitation crab too. No shrimp, octopus, scallop, sea urchin, or eel even. Forget about fluke or red snapper! Finally there is a Unilocal coupon. If you check-in they promise you a coupon. We checked in, and saw a 15% coupon being displayed. We were thrilled until the waiter told us the coupon expired in 2012. Bait and switch… Check in and get an EXPIREDCOUPON. Seriously! Great potential, not so great execution.

My favorite restaurant in Easton. Great atmosphere, great food, great prices, BYOB, & fast service. Just came in for NYE again and it was another great experience. Also the staff is fantastic. Everyone is always very helpful and smiling.

I’ve come here several times over the past 3 years and it’s always really good. You can expect friendly service and very good quality sushi. There’s something for everyone and it’s BYOB.

We discovered this place about two months ago and since then we have returned a number of times. We have had different dishes each time and have not been disappointed once. The food is fresh and a level above anything in the area. The food was delicious and we are pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the ingredients. The menu offers an equal amount choices for the sushi and the non sushi lovers. They do not have a liquor license but you can bring your own. The service is excellent and the restaurant is always clean. It is not a busy place and it appears that the word is not out. We are telling all our friends and wish this business much success.

Food is excellent. I would call it gourmet Chinese food with just the right Japanese influences. Prices are more then acceptable for the quality. Do yourself a favor and use their online ordering service next time you plan on ordering takeout. You won’t be disappointed.

We went there for the first time last night. Very flavorful Sushi. The Tempura Roll was delicious. For dessert we had this thing that was basically cream puffs stuffed with cheese cake with ice cream on the side and a caramel drizzle. It was amazing. The place is clean and our waiter did a great job.

DM is the best sushi restaurant in the Lehigh Valley, and I have tried them all. It is a family owned place and either the grandfather or his son is making the sushi and both are quite skilled. Service is great and it is always fresh. Many people will say Hana Sushi in Nazareth, Jasmine in Forks, or the Other Fish in Bethlehem is the way to go, but none compare to DM in terms of taste and experience. True DM is located at a former diner, but the restaurant is always clean and inviting. I recommend the Angry Bird. Once you eat here, you will never go to another sushi restaurant in the Valley.

i came here once before and remembered being pleasantly surprised to find quality sushi in what looked like a converted pizza hut. needed eats on my way to allentown and decided to hit this place again, me and my hungry and my happy memories and high hopes. but sans the personal magic of the last trip, it was just«meh.» expected miso to taste saltier than it did. in fact, it was sweet. the cup was small for the price. crystal rainbow app — refreshing concept, very light and tasty, mango prevails. but you gotta be careful using spring mix lettuce. it tasted a bit south to me even though it looked fresh. was craving rolls without fried fish or crunch in them. the options were very limited. tuna on fire – well, «fire» is overstated. they essentially put the fire out by coating the roll in a sweet and sour sauce. kind of a tease. they should just call it a sweet and sour roll imho. green dragon. low on eel and also quite sweet. occurs to me now that everything was sweet except the green tea(free refills btw – as it should be). i liked the shiny silver chopsticks, thought the service was fine – not too friendly but not brusque – and food came out fast. booth seats too far from table and a bit too low for me, but bigger people would def be comfortable here. i don’t come this way often. unless i develop a raging sweet tooth next time through, i doubt i will be back.

Sushi was great! I had the naruto, tuna guac appetizer and sashimi lunch. Naruto– great flavor variety and the sauce was good. My only complaint is it was hard to pick up with the metal chopsticks. Tuna guacamole– delicious. A nice appetizer but not that big so if you’re with multiple people I suggest more than one. Sashimi lunch– comes with a variety of fish as well as a soup/salad. I got the soup and it was commendable. The fish was all fresh and you can’t beat the price. Overall, great experience. Waitstaff very friendly and professional.(Thanks Adam!)

Not the worst sushi I’ve ever had but definitely not the best. Would not call anything I had«fresh» .Thai coconut chicken soup seemed watered down. I feel fine after eating, but I would not recommend this place for its sushi. Can’t say it’s all bad, but in general Asian fusion restaurants are just ok at each type of cooking while not being great in any. This is a classic example.

I’ll preface this review by admitting that I’ve never actually BEEN to DM Sushi, but I’ve had them deliver to my home and to work for groups several times now. Their Sushi is fantastic, which is usually the hard part — I tend to be picky about Sushi. I also enjoyed their Shumai(Shrimp Dumplings), which were delicious. Their Thai food however, leaves much to be desired. The next time I want a curry that tastes like chicken, coconut milk and curry powder thrown in together willy nilly, with random vegetables, I’ll do it myself(and I have, and it’s turned out way better, too). Their Drunken Noodles had one flavor — red pepper flakes. Additionally, I’ve had issues with delivery in a timely manner almost every time I’ve ordered. One time, it took an hour and half to get our food, and we ordered at 11AM! Then they show up, with the wrong food, and no utensils. Boo. Finally, for what they charge, I think their portion sizes suck. Go to Jasmine Sushi & Thai on Sullivan Trail in Easton if you want to dine in, way better portions and flavor for the same price. I wish Jasmine delivered. I’d never leave home.

This place is my definite go to place for sushi! I cannot say enough about the freshness of food. After reading the reviews we had to try it out. I typically go to Sogo for sushi. The only thing that Sogo has over this place is their trendy décor other than that DM has the freshness and quality of food that is hands down the winner. Very clean inside. Nice menu selection. Everything from Thai, Chinese, to Japanese. I am a sushi addict and I have a feeling I will be visiting here in the next few days. I’m very happy with my visit.
