Yeeks. Usually go into places not paying attention to the worst reviews but they hit the nail on the head with this place. We came to the Crayola experience over valentines weekend and stopped at this place as it was close. Half of the tables were empty and the greeter noted that it would be a 30min wait as they were under staffed. We sat and waited… and waited… and watched people around us get visibly upset. We eventually get our food after 45 mins. NOW…The staff were superb. All young black teenagers who worked their butts off and were visibly upset that they couldn’t serve everyone enough. They were superb!!! The issue was with the owner who was very easy to pick out as he would pace around the back area telling the staff what to do. By the time we sat at least 15 couples/families came in and then left either not wanting to wait or simply not being greeted at the door for close to 5 mins. The food was good. Burgers were juicy and the sides were decent. Prices were ok too. Such a shame the owner didn’t get enough staff out front. I get labor costs but when you have a prime location and people coming through the doors… you have to get it right.

Unless you have no tastebuds, I suggest you stay away. The burger was tasteless, the fries were greasy and limp, the onion rings I didn’t even taste because they looked that disgusting and the shake, well we never got that. The service was horrible. The employees had no idea how a restaurant is run. So yeah, first and last time I go there!

The service was extremely slow despite the restaurant not even being half full. Our waitress was very distracted. The food took quite a while to come out and was mediocre at best. At the end we ordered milkshakes to go and instead of paying the additional $ 2.99 to add a milkshake to a kids meal we had to pay full price. We didn’t look at the bill closely but can be sure we were overcharged. For four kids meals and two sandwiches and some milkshakes our bill was over $ 70. Definitely will not be returning.

Ouch. Why stay in business when you have no interest in running one? The service was awful; the food even worse and to top it off– it’s badly overpriced. We should have checked Unilocal before stopping in but hopefully we can save the next family from making the same mistake. Go elsewhere!

So you can read all the reviews to see how bad this place is and for all the reasons they state. The only reason we went here is because it was near the Crayola factory. It was actually recommended to us by one of the workers. After coming to this restaurant, I have a feeling that either the employee is a friend of the owner or they get a fee for every person they send. Either way, don’t come. Our experience was as bad as everyone else. Our biggest problem was the milkshake. I guess it’s made by a separate person who’s only job is to make milkshakes. She never made ours, made a table that came in after ours first and got another tables order wrong. I would like to blame her but you have to blame management for keeping someone who can’t do a job. The manager(maybe owner) is a biker dude who appears to micromanage his employees but does a horrible job in assigning work. I think this the bugg e problem. There were more bad things with our experience but like I said, you can read any review to see how bad this place is

While I’ve gone to this Cheeburger with friends in the past and had a great time, my latest experience was horrible. My friend and I waited for ten minutes to be seated. The restaurant was only about half-full and a couple of waiters walked by without even looking our way! Eventually, I had to go up to someone and ask if we could just seat ourselves. When we finally had a table, we were ignored. No one came up even to take our drink orders, and when I tried to catch our waitress’ attention she looked at us and kept walking. Even if the restaurant had been packed — which it certainly wasn’t — there was no excuse for how rude and uncaring the service was. After waiting another 15 minutes to be served, we went elsewhere.

Terrible service and undercooked raw fries. We only dined here out of desperation since we didn’t know the area well.

This past Christmas my family and I were attending the lighting of the peace candle and there was a downpour. I mean it POURED. So we sought sanctuary in the nearest restaurant which happened to be Cheeburger, Cheeburger. We just wanted to get out of the rain for a few minutes, standing in the vestibule. We were conscientious of not wanting to freeload and so my wife went to the counter to order some goodies. But an employee — a large, intimidating man demanded that my son and I leave even though my wife was picking up things for all of us. Really. How dumb can a business be? We are locals(and they should’ve deduced that nearly everyone participating in the lighting of the peace candle was likely a local). So there was an opportunity to earn long-standing repeat business, just by being friendly and welcoming. Instead, the employee’s rude demeanor ensured we will NEVEREVER return to this restaurant.

This place is gross — we went to Crayola and this was advertised everywhere as the place to go when visiting. We walked in as a party of 10 for lunch, there were many three other tables. The servers are rude and disinterested in their job, our drinks came out three different times and kept bringing the rest over the course of 8 minutes. They messed up two of our meals, the food was horrifying. The roast beef sandwich was disgusting. We got an array of burgers, a salad, kids meals and everything was like warm. We would never ever go back.

Walked in this past Tuesday afternoon(July 21) at lunch time with my niece and boyfriend after visiting the Crayola Factory. I put my stroller off to the side and waited for about 6 minutes before we got sat(only about 5 to 6 other tables in there at that time), asked for a high chair never received one. No one ever came to the table to greet us or ask us for drinks/order. A waiter kept looking over at our table, making eye contact each time, as he kept going back to another table to re read there order at least 6x. We got up and left after 15 minutes, about five other people followed us out when we walked out. I’ve been to other Chee Burgers and never had any problems like this before. Very disappointed. Will not go back there

Worst service ever. Do not take small children. The wait is way too long. Food is okay but not great

The food is ok nothing very special, I would say very similar to a normal diner. Service is very slow — went in on Wednesday after Crayola experience… Only 1⁄3 occupied. Have to wait 1 hr before our food arrived. Very greasy on the fried mac & cheese. Not ideal for kids. Like the décor of the 60’s theme. Should have try Gino across the street.

Came here for lunch today and wish we would have went somewhere else. Service was way too slow. The bathroom was extremely dirty and no toilet paper, wish I saw it before ordering and paying. One of the waiters, the same person who was in the back making food, was coughing the entire time. To make matters worse, the fries were completely soggy and had more black spots on them than I ever seen on any potato. What kind of old potatoes are they using? I returned them and it wasn’t a very friendly return since they looked at me funny as if I was crazy to return such«fresh» fries. Never coming here again, I had better burgers and fries at Burger King!

Went there for lunch during our visit to Crayola Experience. We had a party of 12 including adults and children. They told me that strollers were not allowed to block space so I had to push my sleeping baby up under the table. Fine, we were hungry it was convenient and it was really not a big deal. But it only goes downhill from there. Our waitress wasn’t friendly at all. I mean she had the words of «friendliness» but with no facial expressions to match. Not one smile during our entire meal. The food itself wasn’t horrible. I ordered the teriyaki wings and sriracha blue cheese wings. The teriyaki wings were way to sweet for my taste but my 3 year old loved it. Sriracha wings were decent. Loaded fries were nothing special. They make the menu way to complicated here. We wanted an order of loaded fries and had to pick the toppings, the sauce, etc. Don’t get me wrong, having options on the menu is great but after a long morning with a toddler and an infant I just want to sit down and eat. Not have to study the menu like I’m taking my fifth grade final. Settling the bill was another major headache. We were charged an extra lemonade and our ‘wonderful’ waitress argued with us that she charged us for the two we had ordered. She wouldn’t even look at the bill to see the issue. It wasn’t another waitress chimed in that an additional lemonade was already listed, that she even acknowledged it. Then as she brought back the updated check she said with THE most ridiculous attitude«is there anything else wrong with the check?» Nope. Never again.

Nope. We got fooled by the quirky décor and the bright lights and the name. Cheeburger Cheeburger seems like it would be a great place to grab a good burger. We were wrong, it was not. i was with my boyfriend, his brother and mother when we walked in and decided to eat there. when you first walk in there is a sign that tells you to wait to be seated. and we waited. for 10 minutes, while the staff was huddled by a counter in the back chatting and looking dead at us. i made eye contact with 2 separate people and then the minute we would lock eyes they would run away and make themselves look like they had something to do. it was not very busy either. we grabbed the menu’s ourselves and decided to seat ourselves. another 10 minutes passed as staffed zipped right by us(doing what i don’t know) and again i locked eyes with the same two waiters from before and they quickly turned away. Finally we got someone at our table. we placed our orders(cheese burgers) my boyfriend got the«cheese burger platter» which comes with regular french fries but he had asked our waiter to have it replaced with sweet potato fries. i don’t think he understood or listened properly because he got the order with french fries and then got an additional order of sweet potato fries. the burgers were ok. the ones we made at our BBQ the night before were way better, but the wings were surprisingly good! we all also got different dipping sauces with our fries, the best was the horse radish and the garden vegetable. they have a marshmallow sauce that we tried also but it was just a bit too sweet. as soon as we finished we got the check and left quickly. now that we got that out of our system, we will not be going back.

After visiting the Crayola Factory, we decided to sit down and find a place to eat and found this little fun restaurant. The décor was very interesting and cute but we were not impressed with the customer service. I ordered a bunless classic burger and my boyfriend ordered a semi-serious burger. He asked for sauce on the side and the plate came with sauce soaked to the rim. Then the waitress never came back to check on our food. We waited 20 minutes(longer than the eating time itself) before getting frustrated at the waitress and going to the bar to pay, the waitress never showed up until we finished paying and were heading out of the restaurant. The burgers were definitely the highlights of the visit but I took off two stars for the terrible customer service.

I went there a few weeks ago with my boyfriend. It was alright. Burgers were alright. Fries were eh. I think this place is fine for people with kids trying to eat near the Crayola place and not spend a lot of money. Retro crazy décor and cheaper prices. Definitely not for people looking for great food or an experience. I gave it a two because you can’t be called«Cheeburger» and not have a solid burger. Plus customer service is not a priority there

This is the same owner that had the same franchise in Flemington NJ, so I just want to forward the review that I provided during the short period of time he was in business there. That is until his incomprehensible disorders caught up with him in that community. I have never met a more loathsome, and undeserving business owner in my entire life! That is why I’m going out of my way to forward my review from there to here. The word despicable pales to express the level of contempt that I feel towards folks of this type! Good riddance, said in advance of the celebration of your closing here in Easton as well! If the parent corporation for this company only knew the extraordinary levels of damage that this pariah has done to their brand! Make it a point to read all of the so called«not recommended» reviews that Unilocal has blocked(52 as of my writing this). You can find those by scrolling to the very bottom of this business review. If you haven’t had the misfortune of eating at this place yet, then read all the reviews and laugh. If you have eaten there, then read all of the reviews and wish that you had before you went into The Little Shop of cheeseburger horrors! Really folks, you can’t make this stuff up… «Absolutely horrible experience — twice! I find the owner to be one of the rudest, most self-righteous, and ungrateful person I have ever met in my life. Comes across like he is doing you a favor to let you eat there. Just try to make a special request and see what happens. I read a review of this place on another site where the reviewer shared that he(the owner), actually called the police on them when they would not stop their children from coloring at the table! I requested my french fries on a separate plate from my burger and was told that that could not be done. Total control freak; like someone who was potty trained at gunpoint. Under no circumstance would I ever consider setting foot inside the door of this place again. And the food — overpriced and completely mediocre on its best day. Can’t wait until five guys comes to town!»

If you’ve ever promised God you’d be a better person if He could just produce a a bathroom, port-o-let, outhouse or dark alley, then you know those final moments, when salvation appears to be at hand, can be an explosive time. At around 7:30pm this Sunday, most the stores and restaurants at the center of Easton, PA were shuttered. So when I saw the bright lights of Cheeburger Cheeburger, I broke into a stiff, limping gallop: Hallelujah. Salvation at last. Or so it appeared until the hostess gently insisted, «the restrooms are for customers only.» I broke into a light sweat. «No problem,» I assured her. «I’ll get something.» «Sorry,» she said. «You’d have to have ordered something first.» Dumbfounded, I prepared for the possibility that I’d need to let loose, right there in the middle of the restaurant. But then inspiration struck and I moonwalked in starts and stops to the counter. The waitress, who had watched this whole sorry scene unfold, ambled over to take my order. «Can I have a coke?» I pleaded, throwing down a fiver. «I’m sorry. We don’t have Coke,» she said. I’m sure the pause before she offered a Pepsi instead only lasted a few seconds. But to me it was an eternity. «Pepsi’s fine,» I called over my shoulder, «I’m not going to drink it anyway.» In the end I made it. But just barely. If anything is going to send someone to Unilocal,it is an act of retail sadism like this. After all, if they’d treat me like that then they’ll do it to you, too.

I went to this location with 6 of my friends for a motorcycle event. The street was closed off by the police, which made for easy parking. We were seated quickly and all the servers were friendly. The menu offers a variety of burgers, wraps and salads. I can’t forget to mention the full page of shakes. None of the sandwiches come with sides, so the fries and onion rings have to be ordered seperate, which was a little awkward. We decided to order two large baskets of each to save on our bill. This place is decorated in a 50’s style with plenty of novelty items hanging on the wall. Overall it was a good lunch. If your in the area, check it out.
