I have been going here for about 3 years and I feel the front staff is always more than personable with me. Meanwhile the PA or physicians that complete my evaluation are very friendly and genuinely concerned with my overall health and thorough in answering all my medical questions.

Every time I have been here, despite having an appointment, it has been a 45−60min wait. They seem to always be behind schedule. I wouldn’t mind, but for working moms or moms who may need to set up childcare it is very inconvenient. The doctors however are very good. So, you need to weigh the good and the bad when deciding on their service.

Went here because of friend recommended. First time visit presented insurance card. No problem. They said they accept our insurance. Saw one of the doctors a few times. Got stuck with a bill today over $ 3000.00. Found out just because they said they ‘accepted’ our insurance won’t mean wife is covered. Technically patients are supposed to ask ‘Is this clinic IN-NETWORK?’ What a bunch of crooks. CARINGFORWOMEN would have had me and my wife go bankrupt paying for her care up to delivery without letting us know our insurance does not cover anything there. No wonder the rude hag at the desk kept saying ‘You will be billed AFTER the delivery.’ When they would have taken us to the bank by billing us over ten thousand dollars without coverage. Bunch of no good, deceiving con-artists peddling cheap medicine here. CARINGFORWOMENMYASS. Lining their pockets by charging cash for out of network would-be mothers. These people make me sick.

Supposedly the physicians here are good. The office staff is terrible. They make you feel like you are a burden to them just by showing up. They are incredibly rude and impersonal. If you want to feel like a number at a deli counter and enjoy waiting an average of 30 – 45 minutes past your appointment time then this is your place, otherwise look elsewhere.
