Established in 1922.

Our company started in 1922 as James Matthews tin shop. His son, C. Albert, took the company at a young age and created the family-​owned and operated plumbing, heating, and air conditioning concern we know today. John Pritchett, Mr. Matthews’ grandson, now represents the fourth generation of ownership for this proud business.

I was born and raised in the Mid-​Shore Delmarva area. I graduated from Salisbury State University in 1999. My wife Rachel and I have three wonderful young children. I have been a proud fourth generation owner of our family business for over 15 years. I have stayed true to our company’s core values of providing excellent experiences for our clients while improving the comfort, efficiency, and safety of their homes and businesses. We continue to focus on new technologies and innovations that are bringing the home services industry to new levels and improving the way we interact and serve our clients.
