Our sterilization records, PA Health Department vaccinations list and our annual class certifications are all available to view upon request. We also take pride in that we provide significant contribution to our community and various charitable causes with a personal mission to leave behind a legacy of charitable giving to our children. We are extensively experienced in cover up work, hand drawn scripting, black and grey work, color, and portraits. We will take the time to go over every option available to you. History

Established in 2012.

Our artists have 25 plus years combined experience. Amaryllis is owned by husband and wife team Chris and Karin Vangeli who were brought together over 20 years ago by their love of tattoo artistry & design through mentor and artist Tattoo Art Bittner. Chris’s passion for art and Karin’s passion for integrity in business and providing A+ customer experiences combined with their love of tattoo artistry & design ultimately made what they like to call «words and music». An unbeatable combination of all the right ingredients to make an amazing and significantly different tattooing experience.

Chris has always had a passion for art, drawing and creating. It was inevitable that Chris’s love of art would ultimately transfer to his admiration for tattoos. After mentor and tattoo artist Art Bittner married and moved to Las Vegas,. Chris ultimately began a new career translating his art into tattooing. For the next 11 years he remained at a locally owned shop honing his skills. While Chris’s clientele was growing and expanding so were his skills and passion. Chris became a more talented tattoo artist each day. He found that he enjoyed the puzzle aspect of working with cover ups and soon found himself being referred more and more of them. Now considered a dedicated professional in the area a good many of the pieces he takes on today are cover ups. Chris is passionate about detailed black and grey work, creating beautiful flowers of all kinds, hand drawn scripting and of course covering up or adding to older or unwanted pieces.
