History

Established in 2004.

I started my business at the beginning of 2004, under the umbrella of an established company. Over the years I developed my technique and skills, along with creating an established network of Realtors and clients.

In April 2013, I started my own inspection services business, Wagner Inspection, Inc. Today, it continues to grow a solid following of Realtors and clients.

In the fall of 2014, Eric Salus joined as an intern inspector.

Business Owner

Ed Wagner has wide-​ranging technical, international, and service experience that has helped him develop a deep understanding of building science, and the ability to explain relevant issues clearly to his varied clients.

His goal for every inspection is simple: for clients to see and understand the house through his trained eyes.

Every inspection includes a detailed, comprehensive, color-​coded, and easy-​to-​read report. Reports contain a summary, many photos to highlight and illustrate important issues, and all clients are provided with follow-​up phone and email consultation free of charge.
