We are a state-​of-​the-​art facility built in 2011! Come in and enjoy one of the newest dental officies in the state. The office was opened in October 2011 and already has many, many happy patients!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Dr. Justin Bloom is the dentist and owner of Smiles in Bloom. His philosophy is simply «to build a lasting relationship with you and your children. We think the best way to achieve that goal is to make sure that our team treats each child as though they are part of our own family. We care a lot about what we do and we hope that shines through every time you visit us at Smiles in Bloom.»

A little background about the doc — he received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1995. Several career changes later, he decided to pursue Dentistry and received my DMD degree from the UCONN School of Dental Medicine in 2008. After obtaining his certificate in pediatric dentistry from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and UPENN, he and his family returned to the Hartford area to begin to work on opening our own practice.

He is the father to three energetic kids and the husband to his wife, Shannon. With three kids — there is never a dull moment!
