Wb Office Furniture

I tried to buy a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from them. The sale was initiated over Craigslist and conducted through text messages. I confirmed in those messages that the chair was in «excellent condition.» When I pressed on the style and condition further, I got a reply back: «Yes we are a furniture store we know what we sell.» They emailed me an invoice and we set up deliver for the next day.
Delivery guy came a half hour early and couldn’t find the place. I gave him detailed instructions, even going so far as to take a picture of the neighborhood so he would know where it was. A different delivery guy brought the chair up and I inspected it. One of the arms had a piece broken off of it and it couldn’t be placed back. I said I wasn’t going to pay for it. The guy who brought the chair (nicest of the whole bunch) called his «boss» downstairs. I got on the phone and the «boss» asked me what the problem was. I told him the chair was broken. He called me a «douche» for making him go around the block and find the right address. I asked him how I was a douche for making him deliver to a correct address. He started yelling at me and told me to go «f^$# myself» and then asked if I was going to take «the f^$#ing chair» I said no, and he ended the convo with more of the same.
Obviously, these guys are criminals and ALL SHOULD STAY AWAY. They are not registered with the BBB for obvious reasons. They are, however, on Amazon as a third party seller with decent ratings. If I could leave a review there without having to purchase from them, I would.
Don’t do business with these fools if you can help it. It’s too bad. Nice price on the chair. And the guy who brought the chair up was nice.
