Brand new VW GTI, only 3 months old gets rear ended. I brought it to DBA on recommendation from my dealer and they replaced the rear bumper, painted it and I was good to go. I discovered later there was a problem with the alignment that was rubbing against the hatch door and causing scratches. I brought it back to DBA and they provided me with a car rental at their expense and realigned the bumper and buffed the microscratches out. They had my car ready in about a day. They stand behind their work and I was honestly surprised, I haven’t had the best experience with car shops in the past. Kudos to them. That was about 5 months ago and the car still looks perfect, like it never happened.
Throughout the whole experience, I appreciated their expertise and kindness. They even accommodated my request not to run my car through an auto wash and hand washed my car (to avoid scratches.) These guys know their stuff and care about the work they do. I really, really recommend that you go with DBA if you never need body work. They are awesome people.

Wow. Just simply wow. Never have I ever had a repair done on my vehicle that went so flawless and easy that I have the need to right a review about. DBA takes care of all insurance claims, so you don’t have to call or fax your car insurance at all. Donna always picks up the phone within a couple of rings and is so pleasant on the phone and is so eager to help. She also makes leaps and bounds to make sure you understand what is happening with the process with your car. They even setup rentals to be ready for you before you even get there! Just amazing. They had my car for about 2 weeks and my car looks better than when I bought it a year ago!!! The talent in the shop is top tier and I would recommend anyone that needs anything done to go here! You will not be disappointed!

Escellent bodywork, quick, convenient, economical, thorough, honest and friendly. Good at working with insurance companies. Our family has had several very good experiences with them over the years.

This place is simply the best. Unfortunately, my second time this year. First time I was recommended by dealership and was also convenient to me as my accident happened nearby. However, 2^nd time I made a conscious decision to bring my car here. Donna and John provide outstanding customer service. They arranged inspections from insurance, arranged for enterprise rental and best of all they offer guarantee on all their work.

I heard about DBA Auto Body from the service manager at my Mitsubishi dealer as they do work for the dealership. y is absolutely the best! Jon and Dona are wonderful to work with. They handled all the work with my insurance company. The estimate for work was done at the price quoted and the work was completed on the date promised. The repair to the two doors that were hit is excellent and the paint was a spot on factory match! Even my dealer couldn’t tell which side was hit. I’d highly recommend DBA’s professional work.

Incredibly nice and totally customer oriented. I was directed there when I bumped into the owner, Jon, at my dealership. He does bodywork for the Infiniti dealer and overheard me complaining that someone had scraped my car and that it was going to cost me a fortune. Jon invited me to swing by assuring me that his guys would be happy to take care of it at no charge. He even called ahead so when I got there his office manager, Donna, greeted me warmly and immediately sent my car off with her «best guy». Looks great, no charge, best customer service you could hope for. I’ll definitely be back as a paying customer next time the need arises. Best find of the month for me!

I recently was in an accident and needed a body shop. My previous shop was out of business. I heard about DBA Auto body and I decided to go with them. Dona who works in the office was amazing. She was so helpful and professional. She answered all my questions. The repair was done quickly and when they noticed a broken fog light that was not in the original estimate they called right away to let me know. I am so glad I have a new body shop if I need one. I highly recommended DBA Auto Body.
