SpringHill Suites Syracuse Carrier Circle

Very nice hotel!!! Front desk personell both night and morning were courteous and friendly and very helpful. Pool was warm! Rooms were so nice and clean and roomy! Breakfast was great! Would def stay again for right price!

New Springhill suites right off thruway exit 35. Convenient to e Syracuse. Very clean. Nice sized room good value.

Uncomfortable beds, gave me a back pain in the morning. When I asked for the general manager ar the front desk they refused to call him/​her… They bluntly said «No, we won’t call him!» and started arguing.
Room doors are incredibly heavy, elderly will have a hard time opening those doors.
Breakfast was mediocre: cold coffee, waffle tasted like paper. English muffins were ok, scrambled egg and oatmeal were good.
Marriott consistently disappoints, we’ll stick to Hilton brands next time.

We stayed here for the first time 1 night. Nothing was exceptional, but nothing was bad either. The high point for me was that they had greek yogurt for breakfast :) The room was clean, there was hot water, the hall noise didn’t bother us. All what is expected from hotels.

Really nice new hotel. Lovely modern décor in the lobby. Really spacious room it would just be nice if it had a vanity area. Perhaps a mirror in front of the desk. Front desk staff is very nice even lent me a cell phone charger since I left mine at home.

My sister got a room here for the night before her wedding and wedding night. I had the honor of spending the night with her and her daughters before the wedding and was very pleased with the entire place. I would certainly come and stay here even though Adam and I don’t need this much space.
The staff was super nice to everybody and always greeted us when we passed them. They helped me figure out the waffle maker in the morning and when I asked if they had straws so my nieces could drink the milk out of the cartons they helped figure something out for me since they did not have normal straws (We used the coffee stirrer straws which was perfect for the little cartons of milk and little mouths that would be consuming the milk). When we needed extra chairs the morning of the wedding while the bridal party came to get the hair and makeup done they brought the chairs up within minutes which really impressed me.
Breakfast in the morning was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, muffins, croissants, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, milk, juices — pretty much anything you would want for breakfast was there. My sister and I went down and cleaned them out of a bunch of stuff to bring to our room so we could eat while we got ready and everyone in the bridal party was happy with what they had to eat.
The elevators were fast and everything was very clean. The hallways were great as was the laundry area. Everything overall was very clean and you can tell that everything was well taken care of.
The room was great. When you first walk in you are in the living area which has a microwave, some counter top, a fridge, desk & chair and a couch which pulls out into a bed. Next is the bedroom which is very spacious and super comfy. There is also a nice sized closet. Lastly, the bathroom area which has the sink outside of the toilet and shower area which is nice so one person and shower and the other get ready for the day. the toilet and shower area was also very spacious, nice and clean. The TV swiveled so you could move it to watch either in the living room or in the bed.
My only complaints were the couch bed was not comfy at all and the hotel should give a couple of more pillows for the couch bed in the bedding set and the doors to your room are soooo heavy.
Overall, this place was great. I would certainly stay here and suggest others do the same.

One of the best springhill suites we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful rooms, clean, comfortable beds and a great complimentary breakfast. Good restaurants close by and easy access to the highway. Very nice staff.

Great for the price range. Great layout with a separate sitting area and well rounded, free breakfast options. No cleanliness issues and no noise complaints. Though, you may want to do an arm workout prior to visiting; these door are heavy! And (bonus!) when you watch TV, you don’t have to first go to that annoying screen where you’re almost tricked into buying movies or games. I hate that that’s becoming so common these days.

First time at a Springhill Suites, one of the Marriott chain. I would have given it five stars, except breakfast wasn’t ready until 7. That seems a little late, but maybe that’s part of the concept.
I really like the idea of the sink separate from the toilet/​shower area… great for two travelers trying to prepare at the same time.
It is a pretty nice little hotel, and gives you exactly what you pay for. I would stay here again.

This place is definitely 5 stars for type of hotel and price range. This is as nice as it gets unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. I stay here at least one week a month. I travel about 3 weeks a month for work and this is always my first choice in hotels. The girls who work at the front desk are super friendly but not overly so. The rooms are super clean and the maids are great. The beds and throw pillows are extra comfortable. They offer a free hot breakfast and nice options for snacks and alcohol for sale in the lobby. They offer laundry, a pool and an office area all which are nice. I love the location bring so close to the highway as well. Basically I have nothing bad to say I sing springhills praises.

If you commonly stay at places like fairfield inn, holiday inn or hampton inn, you’ll love this place. I stayed here a couple of days for work in November and found this place quite nice. The hotel rooms were new, clean and nicely furnished with a flat screen tv, fridge and microwave.
The room has a wall that separates the bed from the desk which I really liked. I don’t want to look at where I work when I sleep and vice versa.
Breakfast is the same thing every morning. sausage patties, eggs, waffels, cereal, oatmeal, juice, a variety of pastries, bread, apple and banana. It would be better if they switched up the hot foods every day but it’s not bad by any means.
there’s a gym, a 4ft pool (maybe 5, don’t expect to be doing laps in here.), a small convenience area with snacks, drinks, and alcohol for sale, and the staff seemed pretty cool.
There’s not much going on in the neighborhood just a bunch of other hotels and Italian Restaurants. You’ll have to drive a bit for anything else like Wegman’s Supermarket or a liquor store.
