If I could give negative five stars, I would. DO NOT waste your money getting your «tattoo removed» here! I spent $ 2,200 dollars on an inch and a half by two and a half inches black solid tattoo with some shaded black parts around it. This first, is a ridiculous price for a non colored tattoo. I am on my thirteenth treatment, the solid black part is still completely visible, hardly lighter than it was the day of my first treatment. The shaded areas are still present, where they have been removed, they have been replaced with white noticeable scar tissue from the laser burning my body. They don’t have a high quality laser, it doesn’t work well except to scar you and leave your tattoo, and they don’t prescribed silvadene to reduce noticeable scarring after burns. My friend came here with me to get a solid black tattoo removed, he stopped coming after his tenth treatment and not seeing any noticeable difference. In addition to being over priced, and the service you pay for not working at all, the staff is incredibly rude. At least, the front end girl is, I’ve never been treatment so unprofessionally and disrespectfully, especially after giving someone more than $ 2,000 for a service that isn’t working! DO NOT waste your money!!! See a dermatologist. They will have the newest lasers, probably remove your tattoo in six treatments, will have a Newer laser so they don’t go as deep so the possibility of of scarring is low. Plus, a dermatologist will prescribe you silvadene. This is a place that lies about their results, are rude to their customers, and overcharge to inflict pain and scarring but leave the tattoo. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Find any place but here! I will gladly post my before and «after» pictures when I get home. You’ll notice that really the only difference is my back is now scarred.

Went for spider vein injections a few years back. A tech stood by instructing a newly hired nurse on how to inject. Bad experience all the way around. Later went to St. Joes out patient center and had a great expwrience with a nurse practitioner who removed a vein and injected my spider veins.

Not recommended for individuals not staying in the Syracuse area for more than 4 years.
I had 8 treatments done on legs, bikini and upper lip. Actually was awesome. My bikini area did the best and was like baby smooth, I only shaved once a month and I was in love. Legs and upper lip were lighter hair so that was a little harder.
After 8 treatments they told me I had a 3 year guarantee which means I could still come back for «maintenance»
Unfortunately I was leaving the area and wouldn’t be able to keep it up… Nor did I think I would have to do much.
My last treatment was in December 2014 and I missed the one I scheduled for March Literally the following week ALL my hair came back.
Like I have to shave everyday.
It’s back to the way it was before I paid for this laser hair removal. I’m shocked.
It’s almost like all the treatment did was suppress the hair temporarily.
It was awesome while it lasted but if this is how it works for laser hair removal in the future I might rethink getting it done.
Environment is a little stuck up. If you don’t request the same technician you will get who ever. They don’t take you if you are 10 minutes late, (especially if you drive 1.5 hours) but if they are late, they don’t care.
For Syracuse I suppose it’s not a bad place to invest for laser hair removal. But if you aren’t staying there permanently, I’d look elsewhere.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Received Botox injections in my forehead… what a mistake! Injector has no idea what she is doing, Within days my left eyebrow lifted up like Dr. Spock and the right drooped! I called and she is only there two days a week so I had to wait until Thursday for her to attempt to fix… she gave me another shot and I waited a few days and my eye did not improve so I called and went back in again the NEXT Thursday and she proceeded to look up what to do on her IPAD! She then gave me two more Botox shots and still 3 WEEKS later I am stuck with one lifted eyebrow and one droopy eye! The rude and unprofessional owner, Joe Ferro, did not call to apologize or want to see me! I called him and he went on to say that is could happen with Botox and if I think I am getting my money back I am sadly mistaken and hung up! Are you kidding me? Who does business this way? This DOES happen with INEXPERIENCED injectors! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE FOR INJECTIONS!

I do not usually write reviews, but I need to warn others. I paid a small fortune to have two tattoes removed here. After the first treatment, my leg was burned so badly that a hole opened up in my skin, and I got a terrible infection from it that took over a month to heel. The technician did not seem professional at all and did not know what she was doing, obviously. My tattoes are still there, because I was too afraid to go back after developing the one inch hole from the burn they gave me. On top of that, I could not get a refund. This place is crooked and unprofessional at best. The owner is rude and obnoxious. Thinks he’s too good for everyone around him. RUN away from this place no matter how good the deals SEEM to be. They use cheap and ineffective lasers, and staff is inexperienced.

I suffer from hypopigmentation (loss of pigment) from the laser treatments I received at A&E. My upper lip is permanently lightened and it has caused a tremendous emotional strain on me. I never go anywhere without my concealer because it looks like I have a milk mustache and I’ll have this for the rest of my life.
Words of advice: GO TO A DERMATOLOGIST for Laser Treatments. I learned the hard way and don’t want anyone else to suffer at the hands of people who don’t know what they’re doing.

I went to my consultation and first treatments. The staff was very professional and I was 100% satisfied. I have already recommended A & E to a few friends. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Well, this must be the «chop shops» of plastic surgery! Wow…
First, the place is in a mini-​mall type place, so this should have been a huge red flag for me. Second, as I waited for who was suppose to be Melissa, I hear a crabby old man basically yelling at another staff member right as he was coming into my room!!! Not professional at all! When he came in, he barely looked at me, sat as far across the room that he could, and when I tried explaining what I was looking to have possibly done, he pretty much mocked me… talking to me like I was an idiot when I knew what I was talking about!
So, since I have had Botox in DC several times, I will wait to have this redone and other things addressed… by a true PROFESSIONAL & LEGITIMATE cosmetic place!

Ok. so I bought a livingsocial for this place for hair removal on my lower legs. 3 treatments for $ 99. Had my first appointment today. It went great. No problems. It is a bigger place than the previous place i went to for hair removal for my armpits. The treatment went just the same. They said I need to go back in 10 weeks for my next treatment.
Again, I would never do this without a Great deal !!
With any review, I would be skeptical with people that have ONLY one review under their belt. And this place has many people that reviewed this place only. But I had no problems with them, I finished my 3^rd laser hair removal and am enjoying my results.
