De-Clog Sewer & Drain

First off this was a company that someone else had recommended to me. When I first called, the receptionist was very unprofessional. She was quite rude and very short whenever I asked a question. When the guy came to fix my problem, I had asked that he wear those booties so my floor doesn’t get dirty. He said «hold on», went back outside. I thought he was just going back to his car to get something, but he left completely without any explanation.
I called the rude receptionist who said «you cannot have the guy wear booties because it’s very time-​consuming». If the guy had told me that himself, I would have told him he didn’t have to wear them. But to just leave without any explanation was just plain unprofessional.
So he finally came back, and was very messy in unclogging the toilet… and they didn’t clean the mess up after they were done.
I would never recommend these guys at all, just with all the hassle of dealing with the receptionist and non-​communication. The customer service was downright abysmal to say the least.
