My wife went in the store on two separate occasions and needed help. Both times they were disinterested and showed no motivation to solve the problem. Pretty sure she was lied to the 2nd time. Totally useless and no way are they getting any business from me. 1 star is only because it’s the minimum.

This store is awful, so slow, incompetent and mis managed if you have a sprint phone drive as far as you have to avoid this place they’re horrendous.
