R & D Mower & Snowblower Sales and Service

I had paid for repair service to my leaf blower of $ 40.00. I brought the blower home and it didn’t start. When I brought it back, the owner said that the person who had repaired it was fired and he was scamming the business. He told me he would fix my blower for a «small» fee. After many weeks of it in the shop, I went to pick it up. He charged me another $ 50.00. He said it would need a carburetor for it to run well and said it would be another $ 100.00 to fix the blower. (This old blower cost $ 40.00 when I bought it new.) When I brought it back home, It would Not start. Before I left R and D mower repair shop, the owner made me sign a form that stated he will not service this blower for free and would not be able to give me immediate service. I found the owner to be hostile and unwilling to compromise. I found this business to be very deceptive and only willing to take your money without proper service or prior recommendations.
Never, repeat, Never take your mower or any other small engine to this repair shop. You will be very sorry. You have been formally forewarned.
I never really complain but felt the public needs to know about these scamming businesses that are in the area.
