We carry digital and analog in ear and behind the ear models from Westone, Audina, Micro-​Tech, Resound, Phonak, Unitron Hearing, and other fine manufacturers. We offer a 45 day trial period to insure the instrument is the right fit for you and your hearing needs and we program or make adjustments as long as you own your hearing device. Audiphone Company of Rochester is one of the oldest hearing aid dealers in the United States and perhaps the oldest in New York State.

James Hendrix purchased the business in 1991, and has owned and operated the business since.
