Service has definitely improved. She already know what we like and gets ot prepared once we walk in.

The only complaint I have is that the staff doesn’t wear plastic gloves and when they were putting popcorn in my bag my popcorn was grazing their fingers : —(

I could give this place 0 stars if I could. This one lady that was working behind that counter was wearing an obey tshirt, had a hat on, and had very sharp eye brows. By sharp, I do not mean neat. Anywho, I walked in and was not acknowledged until 10 minutes later. She later then said«I’ll be with you in a few minutes». Moments later, she asked me if I knew what I want. I said that I would like to try 3 different flavors. She then asked«so you’re buying 3 flavors?». I had to repeat myself near 4 times before she got it. She then had the nerve to say«that’s what I was asking the whole time». Seriously? Anyways. A few more customers came in and she was still working on the same two ladies. They were buying 4 bags of popcorn. At that point, we reached 35 minutes of waiting. A few people behind us left. She then directed the two ladies to the register where she fumbled around trying to ring them out. It has now been 45 minutes. We decided to also leave. Without trying a single flavor. Extremely disappointed. Will not be coming back until there is a different and more efficient person behind the register. Terrible customer service. Rude. Left without trying anything. Do not recommend.

Went in today 2÷4÷2016, it was 3 patrons waiting while the young lady helped another customer. It took 10 minutes before she acknowledged me. After waiting another 15 minutes while the cashier and customer talked and laughed I walked out without purchasing anything. And just so happen another person walked out right behind me upset and complaining. They will never get my business again. If I was to wait then it would’ve took well over 1 hour for POPCORN!

Let me start by saying I deplore the traffic in Camp Creek. The way traffic flow is set up is awful, but going to Popcorn Haven makes it worth it. The customer service is the absolute best. I am big on customer service if it is not good I will walk out. The young lady and man are great with offering suggestions. Now the popcorn is delicious my favorites are White gold, Dill pickle, and white and yellow cheddar mix. My husband likes his popcorn spicy so he likes hot yellow and white cheddar mix. Prices are reasonable and I will be returning!

So, I don’t know if anyone knows but their prices went UP! Like way up on their cheese coated caramel. It’s crazy. My eyes almost popped out of my head y’all. Most of the time the staff is nice too. There’s this nice, short, round lady that works during the week who is a sweetheart. She reminds me of my mom, she makes me feel so welcome. But on the weekends, forget it. I used to get like 3 mini bags and one smedium of cheese coated caramel like twice a week but those prices are killing me. Also, rude, they ask you to tip before you can even offer??? And there’s one lady there that acts like she doesn’t even want to let you try anything new. I like to get two new samples when I come because I know I’ll be spending at least $ 35. I feel like that’s a fair trade but she literally slices popcorn in half before handing this tiny little mutilated sample to me. On mornings when they get shipment and stuff, I’ve seen them reaching into buckets to pull out popcorn bare handed. I now avoid all candy and«chocolate» flavors. Also, they no longer let me mix flavors. I used to mix the spiciest kind with the cheese coated caramel. Not anymore. Whatever. This place got terrible. Honestly, you’d be better off going to the store and getting a flavor shaker. Or melting a bag of M&Ms in your popcorn.

UPDATE: Since I live in Douglasville, GA I decided to take my business to Popcorn Depot. They’re prices are better and they give a military discount every time. They have the cheese coated caramel as well so I’m good to go. I go here all the time and the only flavors I prefer to buy are the gourmet. Like the chocolate, cheese coated caramel, oreo, cheesecake, etc. I’ve never tried the candied flavors. The cheese flavors are not cheesy enough for me to ever be satisfied. I’ll pay the high price for well coated cheese popcorn but if I can see white, I’m not buying it. There motto is: The flavor is not on it, it’s in it. That can’t be true with the powdered coated flavors. However they do taste like what they say they are, it’s just not enough coating for me. Plus halfway through it, it turns into crumbs. I think it’s from how they scoop it with those aluminum ice scoops breaking the kernels up. I’ll stick with for my Cheese Flavors; which is coated very well with their white cheddar and cheddar flavors. I’ve never tried Garrets(spell check) but I’ll go to Lenox Mall soon and give it a whirl. The staff at the Camp Creek location know me very well and they usually give me an Federal Security Officers Discount when I’m in uniform. However when other employees are there, they won’t give me the discount even if I say the other cashier does. The buy 3 Get 1 Free sale is over. Dang it!!! I asked for a military discount because I’m retired military. They said I had to be on active duty. How many active duty military bases do you know of the Atlanta area? …Crickets…Crickets… Anyway, I go about once a month and the prices are high but it’s a nice treat once in a while. If I’m gonna spend that much money, I want the real deal. Cheese Coated Caramel aka Haven’s Best. 4 stars for cheese flavors not being up to par as the gourmet flavors.

I’m from Chicago and a big fan of Garret’s. I have been a fan of popcorn for as long as I can remember. I like cooking it on the stove and purchasing overpriced Gourmet stuff. I went in thinking I would be greatly disappointed after reading the mixed reviews on Unilocal. Like someone on here said, when I walked in I was given a friendly welcome and asked if it was my first time there. I said yes, but I have read the mixed reviews and know I can only try 3 flavors. She said great, now I don’t have to repeat that whole speak again. Someone mentioned the menu was like reading a spreadsheet or something. It was a bit much with mini, small b, c and junior medium, medium, large.(I think I missed a couple) I have ordered from Garret’s and had it shipped so I know the price of good popcorn. I have been to Savannah’s candy Shop in Savannah. I had that popcorn shipped, as well. Good popcorn is not cheap. I was totally pleased with the taste of the popcorn. I had the caramel/cheddar fusion(not sure what they called it), the 5 alarm cheese, white cheddar, the peanut butter chocolate. I tried and purchased all of those and I got a layered mix bag of Banana Pudding, Oreo(something) and Praline Cream. I’m not sure how someone could get to their car and say it was garbage(someone posted that), because whatever I ordered they give me a few pieces to try and waited to see if I liked it or not. Overall the price was fine for me. If it wasn’t I would have walked out with nothing. The popcorn was great. I didn’t give it 5 stars because of all the different sizes, different prices for regular, cheese and gourmet popcorn. Plus I had to keep looking a menu(which was taped it to counter) and go and look at the sizes repeatedly. The flavor made it worth it, though.

Love this place! My favorites are Oreo Cheesecake and Key Lime Pie Now if you are picky about your food & need to know certain things about your food before trying it … I asked them at this place. Lol How do I know the popcorn not old, how often do you all receive shipments, how long do you keep them on the selves lol etc Well good news they are made in the metro Atl area & get shipment every few days & to my luck my favorites are the best sellers.

A lot of sweet dessert popcorns. A large selection made from your favorite cookies like oreos to chocolate bars like snickers and twix or great combinations with nuts and caramel. Some are flavored like cereal! The place is a little pricey though. Make sure you ask for a sample before you buy!

Not bad. A large selection of savory and sweet popcorn from which to choose. It was not busy when I visited and I was able to get a sample of more than three flavors. I sampled flavors I thought I would like and there were some I did not. Like«crab legs»; it was okay, I spent more time trying to discern what comprised that flavor. Salt water taffy, chocolate pomegranate and pistachio were other flavors I tried. I left with Mint Oreo, raspberry lemonade and sea salt & cracked pepper mixed with salt & vinegar. There are several sizes of bags available at different price points. Flavors can be mixed in sizes above mini.

The popcorn is not bad. I should have read the other comments about timing… Takes forever!!! On top of that at the time of paying they ask if you want to add the tip on the credit card, I would have tipped regardless(although tipping for popcorn is kinda cheesy). I hope they read these comments.

When I went there was a buy three get one free deal. The prices are in line with so-called gourmet popcorn but the flavors taste ‘manufactured’ to me. Like cheap knock offs of ACTUAL gourmet popcorn. Won’t be back.

You may be wondering how a business that only sells popcorn can stay in business. The secret? Their prices are outrageous! I mean really very expensive. When you first enter you will be greeted and asked if you’ve ever been before. Then they give you a speech which pretty much is meant to let you know you only get to sample THREE items. I’m cool with that because it already takes way too long per customer. I’m glad they limit people. While you are waiting they suggest you review the price chart, which resembles a very complicated excel spreadsheet. Different flavors have different price levels. My problem with that is no one has time to commit all of that to memory. KISS– Keep It Simple Stupid! My suggestion is to simplify the pricing. How about sorting the bins by different color lids. So the red bin is one price, the green bin is another price, etc. That way when I order something I don’t get hit with a whammy of a price. «Oh that’s white chocolate so it’s XX price.» Very annoying. As for the popcorn? I mean, it was good. We got kettle corn and caramel sea salt(white chocolate ba$e). I enjoyed them both well enough. Will I return? Nope. Like I said, way too expensive for popcorn and way to complicated to figure out the pricing.

They have a lot of chocies. But it is WAY to expensive for what you get. Plus once you get it, it doesnt taste up to the price you pay. Lets just say it is not worth it at all, there is a much better place in east point that sales WAY better popcorn. I wouldnt go back.

Let me start out by saying that I am a caramel popcorn expert and I was happy and excited to discovered this location on Camp Creek. As I walked I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. I chose and paid for my option and by the time I got to my car I was already munching away, Boy! was I disappointed. I almost broke a tooth. The popcorn was hard and in no way soft and fluffy as one would expect. Sorry but I will not return, Two stars for the friendly staff.
