Park ‘N Go

When we arrived and parked our car, the shuttle came right to our car to pick us up and take us to the airport. The shuttle ride was only about ten minutes long. Once we returned from our trip, we found the shuttle and they dropped us back off at our car. The drivers were all very nice and had great customer service. I will be using Park ‘N Go’s service again in the future.

First of all, this company should clarify the name of the business. Both Park ‘N Fly and Park ‘N Go were on every receipt/​email that I had. It makes a difference when it comes to being picked up at the airport. Which shuttle to look for? Plus, there were no directions at all on where to go when one returns from a trip (North Terminal, ATL). There are 40+ numbered parking spots for shuttles. At least give your customer a number! While trying to figure out where to go when I returned, I called the main number three times and was sent to the manager’s voicemail every time. I won’t be using Park ‘N Anything again. Sorry, but when you’re traveling, a company like this has ONE shot to get it right.

Arrived at 8:30am on Saturday, we were greeted promptly by a cheerful and professional attendant. After giving us clear, concise direction on where to park our vehicle we were surprised by how quickly the shuttle came to take us to the airport.
I would definitely use this service again.

Arrived and was greeted at the ticket issuing machine by a nice attendant. She asked if we were covered on not covered and then told us which letter to park on so she could send the pickup driver to us. Pick up driver arrived within 3 minutes of parking. Very quick fast and efficient. The bus has good air conditioning (a/​c). The driver was pleasant and asked which airline we were flying with. Bus only had one other couple. I would highly suggest however don’t show up with only minutes to spare since this is the farthest location (& therefore) cheapest. Prepaying online got me a rate that was $ 2 less than the posted sign outside. By far the cheapest I have ever paid for parking vehicle service in any state.
Drive to the airport was I believe less than 5 minutes.

Great service, all the shuttle drivers are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Great help with luggage after a 2 week trip, loaded right into the trunk of my car! Great rates and booking online makes it so easy. The pick up location at ATL is primo, especially after walking what seems like miles through the airport.

I feel iffy about this place after using it one time. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful, But when I arrived at the lot, in which I had pre-​booked a space, they had none left and I had to park in a non-​space. When I returned from my trip, there were no instructions as to how I could find the shuttle at the airport, so I wasted a fair bit of time seeking the shuttle port. The parking costs $ 8 per day, but they sneak on a $ 3 booking fee and you spend another $ 4 or so tipping the nice shuttle drivers. Overall, I felt the hassle wasn’t quite worth the few dollars I saved. I’ll use Peachy next time.

I park at Park N Go all the time. The rates are great, covered parking is always available and the location is good. I have had only one problem with pick up at the airport — had to wait 40 minutes! Every other time a shuttle has been there waiting or was there within 5 minutes. I also like the Frequent Parker program.

Everyone was very friendly and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. However, after leaving my car there for four nights, it had a horriffic ant infestation. Not sure how I am going to get rid of them. I suppose I’m about to learn!

The location is so convenient — just off I 285. The customer service is great — friendly and helpful drivers. The prices are the best — especially if you reach the frequent user status. Reservations can be made on line ahead of time which adds to the convenience.

Other than that they are fine. Waited over 10 minutes at the airport for the bus to arrive then waited 5 minutes more for it to drive to the lot.

Worst parking experience EVER! It took 40 minutes to take me from my car to the airport (no traffic). When I picked up my car I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me at the cashiers window (no other customers there just wasn’t anyone there). Then she didn’t know how to redeem my parking voucher so I had to pay for days that should have been for free. Never again!

I am a «Park n Fly Frequent Parker», so one weekend when I had to fly up north for an emergency, I was going to make reservations at the regular Park n Fly I usually go to, but when the kind reservations lady told my about Park n Go, its affiliate, I obliged quite easily. The prices were MUCH better and there are always discounts. Also, if you’re military and/​or AAA member, you get even better discounts.
The aspects of Park n Go I value so much are security and service. I have no had any issues with the security of my car and the shuttles are always close behind when I park and always there when I’m off the plane ready to head back home.
This place is a breath of fresh air to the Frequent Flyer who needs a safe place to keep their car.

In just one attempt, they became my new go-​to parking for the airport.
After searching online, Park ‘N Go had the best rates of all the off-​site parking lots. It’s cheaper even than taking MARTA (fare for 2 people + parking for the weekend). I reserved a spot online, which gave me a guaranteed space as well as locking in a low rate.
When we showed up, a shuttle van was there as I parked, and within 1 minute we were making the short trip to the airport. Likewise, after leaving the airport, we only had to wait about 1 minute for a shuttle to arrive to bring us back to our car.
Assuming service is always this speedy and the prices always this good, I can’t think of any reason why I’d go elsewhere.

Yep its a park and go alright! But the attendants are always so darn friendly. Also they give student discounts as well as AAA ones which will save ya some bucks!

I travel several times a year and am always satisfied with the service here. Prices are reasonable, shuttle drivers are polite and helpful, shuttles are clean. No matter the time of day/​night. Never a long wait.

I am a big time traveler and mainly use the parking spot, but I tried Park ‘N Go and was not disappointed. Speedy pickup and delivery to and from the airport. The uncovered parking is gravel/​dirt but if you are parking in uncovered, you are probably not too concerned. one or two dollars cheaper as well.

DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!!! When I booked this parking spot, there was no indication of a problem with flooding at this location (I booked through the website). When we arrived at the lot, I saw on the lower portion that you had to provide your keys because the area flooded at times and they would move your car. I did NOT park in that section, and I was a little surprised that a parking lot would be in an area that floods frequently. I parked much higher. While I was gone (out of the country on vacation), the city of Atlanta had terrible rain and flooded. When we arrived back, exhausted, I found out my car was destroyed. It had flooded. They did not offer to give me my money back for the parking space. They did not pay for my taxi home. They gave me their insurance information, but their insurer denied the claim. I had to file against my own insurance and pay my own deductible. I contacted the manager via email requesting my money back for the parking and my deductible and received no response. If you value your car, do not park here.
