Damion is friendly & very knowledgeable. He gave me many tips on how to maintain my a/​c unit and was very thorough in his diagnostics.
Mr. Adams extended incredible customer service to me this year so working with this company was an easy choice.

Woke up this cold morning to find my gas furnace wasn’t working. I’d never had to use an HVAC service before, so I went in with just a Unilocal history to guide me. I was able to get same-​day service with Lanny Adams and the representative, Steve, was at my door within 2 hours of placing the call. Fortunately, it was a quick and inexpensive fix and now I’m no longer shivering. Will definitely call on them in again in the future!
Edit: Here I am on Saturday January 23^rd and the furnace has stopped working in exactly the same manner that it did before. The 30 day service guarantee is a great comfort if your furnace breaks on a weekday, but Lanny Adams isn’t open on weekends and I’ve had to call another company. Very frustrated.

I woke up early this morning because I was too hot– turns out the AC had stopped working. I called Lanny Adams right when they opened at 8am– the lady was very friendly and she was able to schedule someone to come out right away– my AC was up and running by 9:30am. It ended up being a failure in the time delay in condensing unit– so luckily no major repair and cost was quite reasonable to fix at $ 128. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Scott and thank you Lanny Adams for saving me on this hot summer day!

I noticed that my AC was working on Tuesday night, so I started doing some research. Upon my research, I found Lanny Adams Appliances Heat & Air, LLC, I read the reviews but still did research for other companies.
Today (6÷25÷2015), I contacted them to see when they would be able to come out, I prayed about before hand and God worked it out that they had a slot opened today. I initially spoke to Caleb who was very helpful and has excellent customer services skills. After the call ended, I had to call back with another question and he politely answered my questions without any attitude. He was actually funny. Next I received a call from one of the owners, Wanda, who called to ensure I was home and took the additional information I gave her how to get to my home, she pleasantly took the information and read it back to me to ensure the information was correct. I really like when a company is thorough and listens to what I have to say! Kudos
Lastly, the technician Mark arrived. From the moment, I met him, he was very pleasant & professional. He introduced himself and then asked me to describe the problem. Even though he had the notes, he still took the time to hear it from me. After he diagnosed the problem, he actually showed me what the problem was which I greatly appreciate. I made the decision to have my AC fixed by them. Mark was very thorough, has excellent customer service skills and I will use this company again.

Yes, the technician was really nice. So, my dryer would beep and show an E68 error on screen. I gave them the error over the phone. When the technician came out he said «so you are getting an E68 error? That’s a new controller board.» That was the extent of the troubleshooting. In the time it took the tech to go out to the van to come back for a price for the part, I had taken the controller out myself and looked online for the price. Turns out they wanted to charge me more than double than what the price was available online. Not only that, the technician said it would be a second service call to install the part and it wouldn’t be included in the so called free estimate if you use them to fix it. So first call $ 75 + $ 425 for part + second installation call $ 75 = $ 575 to fix a 5 year old dryer that I bought new for $ 450.

Great customer service with scheduling and follow up – Candice patiently listened to me and was so friendly and reassuring after hearing about my previous repair service experience with another company. Wanda called the morning of appointment and verified everything.
Ask for Chuck for your washer repair. He was so polite, thoroughly investigated the problem, presented his findings as well as 3 options. He did not leave until he had verified the repair was complete and accurate (making sure there was no leak). I have plugged Lanny’s into my phone for any future appliance repairs and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Today, 12÷29÷14, Ken from this company came to inspect my al in one air/​heating
system. I received exceptional, professional, informative attention to my issues.
Ken took a great amount of time to explain the function of my system, all the issues
in my «filterless» unit, and the issues and corrections possible! I so appreciated
his time and clear explanations. I know what to do re maintenance and hopefully
will have postponed a little longer a totally new unit. Again, saving at the purchase time and with a less than stellar installer, does NOT save me in the long run. Wish I
had know about this company… seven years ago, Will ONLY use this company from now on. (work done in Decatur, GA)

We called Lanny Adams to fix a clothes washer leak. The service person (can’t remember his name) found the broken part causing the issue, but didn’t have the replacement part in his truck. He would’ve had to come back the following day with the part, but since our service call was on a Friday, and they don’t do service calls on the weekend, our service guy left to go find the part and came back about an hour later and fixed the washer same day. Good service. One piece of advice however, service person should actually say «hello» and introduce himself when he comes to the door instead of «hey» and walking right in :)

Nice customer service but make sure you question the exact service they’re performing. They put a band aid on my AC repair when they could have suggested a better repair that would have saved them coming out a second time causing me to pay for an additional service.

Amazing folks! I called for a Bosch oven repair and the nice lady who answered the phone said, «I am so sorry, but we don’t work on Bosch ovens.» I told her I was disappointed because I read all of the great reviews on Unilocal,and she said, «We can recommend a great company who DOES repair Bosch.» And I did use that company, and they did a great job. But I will definitely call Lanny Adams back for future repairs, because that’s just a sign of good business practices when you can pass on a potential client to another company because you’re actually HONEST about what you can or cannot do for them! They are on my speed dial!

Very professional service. I had a refrigerator issue back in November 2012. The technician was very knowledgeable in his field and explained to me in great detail some things to look for and why it happened.

Great customer service! From when I first called to schedule a technician to come look at my washer to the follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. It is really refreshing to come across a company that really cares about giving customers excellent service.

Super folks! They came out to repair our refrigerator. He arrived on time and did a great job. He was able to repair it with minimal cost and inconvenience. This is the second time we have used this company and I can, with full confidence, highly recommend them.

I contacted Lanny Adams after reading other favorable reviews on Unilocal,including one that said the service tech actually suggested a way for the homeowner to do their own repair and save money. Sure enough, when Ken came out to look at my relatively new Maytag dishwasher, he discovered that the lower discharge housing assembly had warped, probably due to the heat of the dryer element. He suggested that I look up the part on the internet and helped me read through a couple of page hits until we found the needed part. I ordered it for $ 11.85 (plus $ 7 shipping and $ 6 for a new Torx driver) and installed it myself, following the instructions that Ken had given me. Although I had to pay for the intial service call, by doing the actual repair myself I saved about $ 100.
I will definitely call Lanny Adams again if I need another appliance repaired. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Hard to beat that kind of service.
