I’ve had better service! Brooklyn, our server, acted like we were an inconvenience. $ 3.99 for six shrimp, each quarter sized. Mac & chs was lukewarm. Ribs and corn were good! Guacamole & chips good. Server also charged us for too many drinks.

Don’t go to Chili’s if you are in a wheelchair. We just left after waiting over 40 minutes(we were told it was a 15 – 20 min. wait) and watched dozens of people be seated who arrived after us. We were told there were no tables only booths available. A group was even seated at a booth and they pulled a chair up to the end but we were told a wheelchair couldn’t do that. Perhaps Chili’s should have a few more tables in its restaurants. They have lost my business!!!

I went there with a group of 6 today. I will never go back. We were sat and waited 10 minutes for our server to come take out drink order. We the waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks and place our orders. We waited 25 more minutes for our food. One of the members of our party didn’t get her food when they brought the rest of the food out so she had to get hers to go as we were out of time for our lunch break. When we arrived there was only 4 tables that had customers yet we waited over 40 minutes to get our orders. The server was friendly but didn’t seem to have a good knowledge of her job. First and last time I will go here.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at this chilis. They did a great job tonight, as they usually do. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri which tasted great. Then we started with the pretzel sticks. Although they were a little salty, they tasted very good when the salt was brushed off and dipped in the sauce. I ordered a 6 ounce sirloin cooked medium rare and told the server that my steaks are usually overcooked. Both the food runner and the server, Chris I think it was, made sure it was cooked correctly-and it was! We were too full for desert but I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Went as a family for Valentine’s day and was very pleased. For a holiday I didn’t think we had to wait too long. My daughter wasn’t very pleased with the kids pizza but for this type of a resteraunt I’m not surprised. Everyone else was happy with theirs. The people were friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more. Miss their southwestern vegetable soup though!

I used to love Chili’s. Now the place is always dirty and the waitstaff act like they hate their jobs. Flatbread was soggy. When we asked if that was normal the waitress admitted it wasn’t but added that the kitchen staff was pretty inconsistent. If it weren’t for the dry rub ribs, I’d never return.

Love this place, everyone is super polite. Some good quality tvs to watch games. Almost everytime I come every month or so they have something new. Keepin it fresh and like. For example the menus just got updates and have some FANTASTIC new options to try:) can’t wait to go back again so to try another choice.

My husband and I frequent this location often. Always a great place to eat and enjoy a cocktail with appetizer. Friendly staff, food is always good and hot and margaritas are never a disappointment!

Margaritas here are pretty tasty. Old timer burgers are top notch, and the Molten chocolate cake is a great way to finish off things.
