History
Established in 2000.
Carrigan’s Pub was established in 2000. Previously known as The Country Inn. A fire in 2002 destroyed the original building. Reopened in 2003 featuring a full kitchen and a separate dining room.

Annetta has been in the bar/restaurant business for over 40 years. Prior to Carrigan’s Pub, she was the owner of Bee Gee Tap on N. Adams, Peoria.
