We order skins/dhal phuri from here several times a year when we have family get-togethers. Never leave with just what I ordered especially if I take my son or dad. Loves the beef patties, doubles and alloo pie. Then there’s sorrel and mauby drinks… thirst quenching. Great service and friendly staff.

I said i would give this place another shot because parking is easy for a place on Main St and i was in a rush to grab a bite. It is sad that a restaurant that has been around for so long puts out this kind of food. There is no flavor, seasoning is seriously lacking and the roti is simply terrible. Trinidadian food is known for its flavor and you won’t find it here unfortunately. The curry is watered down, the peas in the dahlpuries are hard and not ground finely. The channa for the doubles is tasteless.

This is my third and last time visiting this establishment. The first time I ordered a doubles with oxtails, the doubles were good but the oxtail were too greasy and tasteless abaI lucky not worth $ 11 !! The second time I came I ordered some doubles again there were tasty. Now today was just horrible, my order was incorrect and when I stated it to the server she basically said oh well it’s nothing she can do. No refund, no new order NOTHING !

Really tasty Caribbean fare. I had curry goat on rice and peas and it was lovely. The hot sauce is killer hot and worthy of the name.

I went here this past weekend to take family members from London out to eat. If you are driving here, they do have a parking lot, it’s just in the cut. Don’t waste your time looking for parking as I did. We had the fried shark!(my first time) and it was exceptional. Between us all we had curry chicken, curry goat and oxtails. Everyone was loving their food. There was silence for the first 5 mins of the meal because we were too busy enjoying the food. One drawback is that they no longer have a full service bar but there is a liquor store literally a minute’s walk away and you are allowed to bring it in and drink. The food and music was good. Def check them out if you are in the area. Owners are nice as well.

The doubles are off the chain! Very tasty and economical I can’t get enough of them. The rest of the dishes are a bit pricey and I love to someone of the reviews they said that they may happen to shut that’s good because I wasn’t too impressed with most of the flavors I received from this place. The staff is great and their snacks like mities and certain cakes with tasty but I’m more of an entrée person and I do try to find the best Caribbean food and stick with that place I will go back and try the cover do it again since I read the reviews saying that a new chef might be in the house.

Went here a couple months back… I was not a huge fan. The food seemed a little dry. I tried the ox tail stew. Next time i will try something different-but if you are hungry, go for it!

This is my go to spot for roti. The buss up and paratha skins I think are the best in the area. They also have delicious doubles, which I eat with everything and slight pepper. They have pepper sauce and tamarind sauce available to compliment most rotis and they can add a different dimension to your dish if you give it a try. I find the staff to be friendly, responsive and quick in service. Parking is available in the rear and there are always ample spots available.

The food could have been great but because of the nasty attitudes of the two women serving In the front I score them 1 star. I had to travel back to Brooklyn from NJ and I asked for my doubles to be wrapped in foil and she said she had none, yet roti is wrapped in foil. They seemed as it was a burden to even respond. West Indian people need to change their stinkin attitudes. Their roti is huge and I refer to them as «little pillows» they also do not hold up well. POOOR customer service! If you do not like your job– leave it. To serve food with such a nasty attitude will not bring your business blessings.

I just happened to be in the area attending a bodybuilding show at the Cecily Tyson Middle School. Ran in to get something quick since it was an hour ride to get there and not knowing how long the show was going to be. We just grabbed some patties. Mine was veggie and my daughter was chicken. I thought they were the best patties I’ve had in ages. Being from NYC West Indian food is easy to come by. Not so much where I live in bucks county. After the show, which was three hours long I decided to go back to get something else. I got the stew chicken roti and my daughter got the oxtails. I have to say the roti was to die for. It had to weigh about two pounds. The roti skin was very light. Not doughy like others I’ve had. The chicken stew filling tasted great. It took me two days to eat it. Lol. My daughter liked her oxtails. My biggest regret is that I don’t live closer. Maybe that’s a good thing because they would get a lot of money from me

Being a vegetarian, I had never really tried Caribbean food because I didn’t think there was anything I could eat. Well, I was wrong… I’m so glad I found this place! I had the vegetable Roti wrap for lunch, which was amazing… Well I should say I had half the wrap. It was huge! The vegetables inside were so good… all very soft and flavorful. I called for pick up and the food was ready immediately when I got there about five minutes later. I definitely want to go back and try some of their other vegetarian options!

Just turned vegetarian and this is my first time here. I love this place already. The older guy was nice when I placed my order he catered to my every need. I got the vegetarian roti wrap. It has potatoes collar-greens and pumpkin rolled on this wrap. I don’t like the cakie things between the roti but the rest of the food is great! I’m really satisfied with the whole experience! And it was super fast!!!

Excellent food and friendly staff. Had the shrimp curry roti which was excellent. Also had the Caribbean chicken wings which were very good. Would recommend this place if you are in the area. Parking in the back was convenient.

Great food! Usually fast service and food is always warm and ready to eat. Curry shrimp buss-up and accra are good, and they have vegetarian menu options.

Came here for dinner on a friday. The food was great! My husband couldn’t get enough of the wings. And a warming on the wings sauce… You’ll be on fire! Overall we loved it!

3−31÷2 stars for food, ZERO stars for service. Helen L. painted a very vivid picture in her last review, which is still accurate one year later. My experience interacting with staff has been limited(I’ve only eaten take out). Nonetheless, I can attest to a sense of indifference or irritation it seems to be to simply take and provide my order, EVERYTIME I have gone. I too, like Helen, have returned to this business; only because Dev’s Jamaican is too far for a quick bus-up craving during lunch. If personability, standard or high-quality service are not of value to you– you will enjoy! The food is not at all bad.

Alright, I’ll admit it… we went back a few times after my last review, where I said I’d never go back. The food wasn’t my gripe, it was the rude staff. My GF likes their salt fish so I had no choice, but to return. The herring is hit or miss. Patties and salt fish are consistent though, so we stick with that. Their scotch bonnet sauce burns so goooood! I always ask for that now. As for their service. There is a slightly older and much prettier lady(not older than me, older than the usual chick that’s at the counter) that sometimes takes our order… she’s a sweetie. The usual chick at counter, the one I was most irritated with in past visits, yeah, things are better… a little bit. I guess I can take them off my One Star Wonders List now.
