History

Established in 1984.

My counseling «career» began years before I started helping people with their problems on a professional level. Although young I became a Christian minister. People trusted me with their most private thoughts and emotions. It was great experience for later on when I left the church to counsel and coach folks in non-​religious matters.

In recent years I added to my credentials by going to school to be trained and certified as a Professional Life coach. This gave me tools and skills to help people in new and exciting ways.

After all these years I’m very grateful to have helped so many people to find themselves, sort out their problems and priorities and then to finally find the strength to achieve their goals.

Just call me ‘Q’- everybody does! Over the last 30 years plus it has been my great privilege to help thousands of individuals as a trusted counselor and coach.

People need someone who will REALLY listen. Listen to their hopes, dreams, problems and frustrations — without judging them. People want wise and experienced counsel they can trust. They also need a trustworthy coach who will keep conversations absolutely confidential. I’ve spent a lifetime honing these qualities and my clients are living proof that I must be doing something right!
